This is the situation that happened to us: On the evening of December 11, 2023, Internet access was lost. The phone, which was connected the old-fashioned way through copper, also stopped working. I checked: the modem is working fine, there is a wireless connection between the computer and the modem, WiFi is also working, but there is no Internet connection. We hadn't called 160 yet that day, we thought there was a temporary shutdown. The next day, on the 12th, I send a detailed description of the situation to Watcap -160, indicating my full name, phone number, and residential address.
And then the dialogue begins: choose the language of communication, an individual or a legal entity, on which issue the appeal is. And the strangest thing is the last question: specify the address, phone number and personal account number. Of course, I didn't remember the personal account number from memory. While I was trying to find out, the robot sent a message: try to contact me later.
In the evening, I had to contact Wattsap-160 again. The same questions again, and eventually the girl got in touch. After a few tips: restart the modem, check the contacts, etc., I realized that our problem would not be solved this way. I did all these things first.
I wrote that I need to check the line.
On the 13th, the exact same Wattsup dialogue begins again, only another girl answers. The same advice. But in the end we understood each other. And she said that they would send a specialist to us tomorrow and agreed for the first half of the day.
On the 13th, a specialist comes, changes the modem to a new one and says that the Internet will work in 3-4 hours. I came in after work, checked, there are no changes: there is a WiFi connection, but without Internet access. I call the master, he says that they probably downloaded the program badly. They won't do anything today, call me tomorrow.
On December 14, the Watsapp dialogue is going on again. Again, the same questions, plus which light bulbs are on, send a picture of the modem. Nothing has changed! We decided that the master would come tomorrow.
On the evening of December 15, the master appeared and talked for a long time with Almata. And he wrote me a piece of paper: that I need to report to Kazakhtelecom in the subscriber department for re-registration from the login to DNCR.
December 16 is a holiday, December 17 is Sunday, 18 - they work on Saturday, but they don't have a working day ...

About a year ago, I connected the home Internet from this provider. A router was also rented. After a while, I bought a more powerful router, and decided to return the issued one. That's where all the problems started. When signing the act of issuing equipment to me, I showed inattention and naively trusted the installer and did not verify the serial numbers. Due to the discrepancy in the number, the specialist who arrived did not accept the equipment, but promised to sort it out. After some time, I saw that the application was closed (???), and they stopped writing off funds for equipment rental. Then I decided to completely terminate the contract with the provider, brought the issued router, because it continued to be listed in the database for me. And then the KAZAKHTELECOM specialist, who received the equipment, tells me that I have a router from BEELINE. Naturally, the router was not accepted from me and in order to terminate the contract, I had to pay 10,000 tenge for the "issued" router, which now apparently stands at the employee who conducted the Internet, or has been sold to someone for a long time. I strongly do not recommend working with this provider, and if there is no choice, then double-check several times what you are signing, so as not to get into a similar situation as me.

You have the most terrible operators in the world. How to pay, they call and how to call them with a problem, no one picks up the phone except the bot. I'm calling from my mobile to a landline phone and called today from 13.00 to 17.00 and they just answered me. I spent 2500 units on the call and they were rude to me. Deal with the operators. I'm calling Karaganda from the Molodezhny settlement. And our Kazakhtelecom operator says that she does not connect and disconnect, she only deals with financial matters. It's just a shame.

I made an application to connect the Internet, they promised to connect it the next day. the master came and looked, cut off the previously standing cables (previously we had Internet from telecom) and left. They were gone for a week, repeatedly called the managers, did not answer the phone, eventually came and began to find out when they would be delivered. They promised the next day, I took time off from work, on the second day the same thing happened and so three days passed without anyone coming. I tried to contact the parent company or the management of Kazakhtelecom operators. Operators and help 169 pick up the phone, but as soon as they hear that they would like to write a complaint, they immediately throw it off. In general, people do not go there, while the prices are sky-high.
Kazakhtelecom is a direct insult of some kind. It is very difficult not to get into the queue, the queue is always barely moving, although some managers are free, they obviously do not do a useful part of their work. Convenience is at a very low level, the state company is immediately visible
