An interesting process of filling out an application is a completely electronic turnover, where you need to compare the street, house number and apartment. The pdf link is being sent via SMS, but just that day my phone rang and I couldn't open the application, and of course they made a mistake in the apartment number because they didn't ask again several times. And in general, it would be better if the installation address came in an SMS, some kind of conditional grandmother would not open the pdf file, but could read the SMS. Due to an error in the apartment number, the connection was 1 day longer. The technical support specialists were pleased, they arrived the next day and installed everything. Special thanks to them!
