I regretted that I switched to their mobile connection. The application is not convenient, technical support does not solve the issues, makes the stupidest mistakes. Kazakhtelecom has completely disappointed! The Internet is expensive and of terrible quality, and the staff is also rude and unprofessional. Don't waste your money and nerves on this company, it's better to find an alternative.
