This time the hotel surprised me on the bad side. It was difficult to sleep. The mattresses are old, the springs rest against the back. I took 2 suites for myself and a friend. Breakfast is not included in the price. Here's a thought for you, but that's not the end of it. They asked to pay in advance for breakfast at 1500 tenge per 1 person. OK. Early in the morning at 8.00 we went to breakfast. The door is closed. No one picks up the phone, no one opens the door. The money was returned closer to 11.00. They kept knocking there and trying to get through to the cook.
It's cold in the room. The curtains are translucent, which is why you wake up, although you want to sleep. The doors were killed, they were repeatedly tried to break in, because.... in short, wild horror.
I do not recommend visiting and spending the night there.

Cheap and angry.
Each room has its own non-working one. Somewhere the lock is wedged, somewhere the sockets are not working, somewhere the refrigerator has clearly been stolen by opening the table.
For such a price tag, it's understandable. No need to rely on 5 stars for the price of an inexpensive hostel.

The lobby is quite nice, but that's it. The building has not been renovated for quite a long time, cheap cardboard doors in the rooms, the same locks, keys fit the neighboring rooms. There is no refrigerator in the room, the TV seems to be there, but only as furniture. In the bathroom, the toilet seat lives its own life, the bathroom is chipped and rusty. The pungent smell of tobacco, although smoking is strictly prohibited. Air conditioning, never heard of it. Upon check-in, the maid was lying on the bed in her shoes and talking on her mobile phone. The carpet in the room has never seen a vacuum cleaner, judging by the amount of hair on it. As it is, it's just fire and me.

I'm staying at the Hotel for the second time. I really like it, It's cozy, comfortable, good room service and breakfast included. The room has a TV, a compact refrigerator, a bathroom, air conditioning, toiletries. The rooms are equipped exactly as the photo on the website, the prices are adequate from 9,000 to 14,000 tenge. You can get from the airport by taxi in 20 minutes, the average price is 2200 tenge, by bus 45+/-50 minutes and 10 minutes on foot for 150 tenge.
To the center of Almaty by taxi is 12 minutes, by bus 20.Not far from the hotel there is an exchange office with a good MIG exchange rate, according to an internal Russian passport, the exchange is not.

Bottom. The most disgusting hotel I've ever been to. There are 4 stars declared on Airsales! In fact, it does not pull at the hostel. What they call a restaurant looks no better than an ordinary shawarma. The food is disgusting. There is no sound insulation. The rooms are dirty, shabby, the shower is a teleporter, if not to hell, then to a communal apartment in a scoop. The bed is terrible, hard pillows and mattress, cheap linen. Tube TV, Carl!!!! The cabinets are like those from the summer camps of the same scoop. There is no safe, there is no bathrobe, there is no water in the room - how is it at all? The hair dryer is 100% from the time of Lenin. I don't want to touch anything, but pour chlorhexedine over everything - yes. I never recommend this place to anyone.
Polite reception only if.
If I could have put a zero, I would have. Going into the room, you want to run as far as possible, going into the "restaurant" even further!

Kazakhfilm is the worst place where I had to spend the night:
- a broken bed
- of the 4 lamps in the room, 1 is lit
- a hole in the bathroom tile
- incredible cold in the room itself
- there is no drinking water
- the room and furniture are worn out so much that everything is literally falling apart
It is better to look at the photo once to draw conclusions. It's not three stars, it's one star with a stretch.

Unfortunately, there were negative impressions. I stayed for a week, the junior suite was cleaned once. The room stock is very worn out. In the bathroom, the plumbing is running and hanging out. Before departure, I asked in advance to issue documents, as a result, the documents were not issued and I had to ask my colleagues to go for additional documents. I will never stay at this hotel again. I do not recommend it.

It's just a disgusting hotel!
The service is completely zero! Lived for 5 days. The room itself is terrible, in need of repair. An old TV, there is no place to connect the kettle, there is no water in the room. There is no basic coffee or tea. The room has never been cleaned! The towel is not changed, although it was left on the floor as used! The socket by the bed does not work, I had to charge all my gadgets from one outlet that is in the bathroom! It's the same for breakfast, oatmeal porridge, three pieces of bread, tea, not even sugar! The staff does not sit still, sometimes you look for yourself. The girl from the restaurant does not know how to communicate normally with visitors! No one is sitting at the reception, they always sleep somewhere. The rooms have a terrible smell. The air conditioner is not working! The slippers in the rooms are rubber, not disposable!!! There is no bathrobe! When leaving, I asked to prepare the documents (invoice), we did nothing! I had to wait another half hour for the documents! THE HOTEL ADMINISTRATION HAS A LOT TO WORK ON!
THIS "HOTEL" IS NOT RECOMMENDED!

I don't even know where to start... cardboard walls and you'll hear conversations behind the wall every time a neighbor opens/closes the front door, laughter, absolutely everything!!! The rooms are cold. the mattress is hard with protruding springs. In 5 days of being in this parody of a hotel, I have never slept properly. The toilet makes noise for 5-7 minutes after use. Today, in general, at 6 a.m., some individuals stopped by and turned on the music, started yelling. For this shame, I paid off 90k in 5 days 🤯
There are no complaints about the hotel staff - they are friendly and responsive, the rooms are clean.
In general, think gentlemen.

I do not put a unit only because of the work of the reception. I tried to call you several times, but they don't answer the phone. I stopped by with the desire to settle in for a month, as a result, I couldn't stand it for two days. It is very cold in the lobby of the hotel and in the cafe. Really only in a down jacket. The kitchen is for 4, although the attitude of the staff is not bad. The burgers are falling apart, but they're basically delicious.
And then there's trash.
I do not know why this hotel has not yet been closed for violation of sanitary standards.
I can tolerate falling off towel holders, I can close my eyes to microscopic rooms of 6 square meters and even a short shower curtain that makes the entire toilet floor wet, and to hell with the falling apart furniture, but!!!
There is no VENTILATION in this hotel!!!
The only option to ventilate is to open wide the window is about 10 minutes. And so it is every hour. The stuffiness is impossible. You wake up in the morning, go out for a smoke, go back in and want to escape from this hotel as far as possible. Further from the stuffiness, further from the dampness and old smelly cabinets.
All this costs 12,000 tenge per day. I even feel sorry for 3,000 for this.
