A hotel for long-term local stays is inexpensive, as I understand it. Dirty rooms, but with clean linen. The breakfasts are always the same, monotonously primitive: bread, cheese, olives, and a semi-cold omelet. 15-20 min walk to Sofia and other attractions
Well, a place to spend the night...there wasn't even a closet, everything was very, very tired, from the furniture to the bathroom, I'm not picky, but even I wasn't very...although after walking around the city, looking at the beauties, eating and drinking something delicious, it no longer becomes so important. But!owners, invest money in repairs, seriously!
Very good 👍Friendly staff. The breakfasts are normal, enough, the rooms are clean and tidy. But at the time of arrival at the hotel, construction began nearby, this is of course daaaaa, such a pleasure)))))
The hotel does not have three stars. The room was not of the best quality: raised parquet, poorly functioning air conditioning, missing kettle and glass. Breakfast is meager and there is a small selection of products, but you can eat enough. I added a star only because of its location.
It does not pull at the declared 3 stars in any way. Despite the smoking ban, the room and corridors are completely smoky. The air conditioning in the room only works when the key card is inserted into the reader. Only one card is given in hand. Therefore, coming from the street, the room will resemble a branch of hell for at least another half hour. Previously, this was treated with any credit card reader, but now he only reads his card... Although it is easily treated ;). The air conditioner itself is directed directly at the bed, so there is no chance of catching a cold, but you can block it with a curtain. The linen is clean, but torn and burnt. There is no ventilation in the hotel in principle, so there is a sauna on the floors in the corridors, the light is only from a motion sensor installed somewhere there.... You can only have simit and tea for breakfast. I have never seen more disgusting coffee anywhere. Upon re-arrival (we had a tour purchased), our reservation was missed and we searched for another room for almost an hour, until the guide called and he began to pull the reception. The elevator is a separate topic: it is a single room and, at the time of residence, it was already more than 3 months with an overdue security check.
Therefore, I highly recommend it
A normal hotel.
This is not our first time in Istanbul, and there is no point in waiting for something
special from the hotels. There's an old foundation everywhere.
The rooms are not big, but they will go. The shower room is of course a funny tiny size. It definitely won't work for overweight people. And so it's normal.
The hair dryer was working
Cleaning 2 times a week.
Breakfasts are like everywhere else in not so much . You can eat a local bun with jam and eggs. That's it! Although someone may like Turkish food, it's just hard to please me.🤗
The location is not bad either.
Unfortunately, only three. There is no kettle or mugs in the room. We couldn't make our own tea from the road. There is no way to iron things, even for an additional fee. It's just that these failures in service did not affect our magnificent vacation in this country in the least.
WI-FI outages
Intermittent water supply (sometimes cold, sometimes hot, sometimes weakly flowing)
The room was never cleaned (hygienic, the floors were not washed). The garbage was taken out every day, there are no questions.
Water diluted with soap was poured into jars with shampoo and shower gel! I went to the reception, the receptionist was extremely surprised (it is unclear whether sincerely or not).
The room is very cold. The only thing that saved was the air conditioner, set to a temperature of + 26C, and a blanket with a blanket, warm socks.
There is no kettle or glasses in the room. If you want to drink tea or water, then for an additional fee, so you bought bottled water in your room.
Breakfast is tasteless. They chose the lesser of the evils (boiled eggs), and ate them. There is nothing hot, the vegetables are tasteless, sausage, strange jars of jam, incomprehensible tea and coffee.
There are no hooks at the entrance for outerwear. Not to say that it's a global minus, but the jackets had to be taken to the closet across the room.
The biggest disadvantage. SOUND INSULATION. She just doesn't exist. Neighbors can be heard relieving themselves, Skype relatives at one o'clock in the morning, screaming so that earplugs do not help. Outside, from 4 a.m. to 6 a.m., scrap metal was loaded into a metal cart in a nearby store. They threw mercilessly that there was ringing in my ears. And if you put it together, then from 0 to 2 you don't sleep because of the neighbors in the hotel, and from 4 to 6 - because of the neighbors on the street.
The receptionist talked to both the guests and the people making noise on the street. The only thing that helped was the words that we would call the police. But 2 out of 4 nights we hardly slept.
There is a TV, but all channels are Turkish. It's just a fact, but we didn't need it.
On the plus side, the hotel is located almost in the city center. The room is of sufficient size.
The administration tried to help in some way, but if you don't insist, it's like they're not used to providing good service.
Note. No one speaks Russian. Therefore, they spoke in English. There were no problems with this. If the employee speaks only Turkish, then an English speaker will be called.
A good hotel has disadvantages- there is no kettle, glasses, wifi does not always work, in the lobby-always.
Very good employees- responsive, friendly, tea is always served, helped with the transfer to the airport Thanks to Yigit and Kerven for their help.
The hotel itself is conveniently located to the main attractions can be reached on foot, or better by tram.the stop is nearby, the tram runs every 2-3 minutes, it is not in traffic jams, it is very convenient. In general, Istanbul is good in December too. there is something to see, eat and buy.
The hotel is located in the Laleli district, in the most criminal area of the city, where there are many wholesale points of purchase for almost everything. The hotel itself is three-star, and not European...the rooms are small, but neat enough, the bed is clean, towels are provided, there is gel and shampoo, a hair dryer, there is nothing else in the room, no glasses, no water...the shower room is miniature, there is little space, everything is combined...I was in different rooms..the intensity of the water supply is different ... and there is no closet for clothes, which is not very convenient, there are bottoms without a door with hangers..there is wi-fi on different floors...The breakfast is terrible...slicing cucumbers, tomatoes, cold potatoes, whether boiled or in oil, it is unclear, pasta, 2 types of cheeses, bread of 1 type, such as cookies alternate with a cupcake, a coffee machine, which is convenient, the hall is comfortable, spacious, 2 large sofas, chairs, you can sit, chat, or watch something on the Internet, tea in the room was said for free upon check-in, when I asked, it became paid, a guy from the former USSR works at the hotel, speaks a little Russian, it was convenient for me in this regard.
The hotel made a very good impression. It is clean and cozy, although the rooms are small.Cleaning was done every day. The room had shower gel, shampoo, disposable slippers, hair dryer, towels. Very convenient location, close to Aksaray metro station.

Маленький номер и простые завтраки. Есть слабенький вайфай. Персонал приветливый.
Wi-Fi outages
The water in the shower flows weakly and sometimes you have to wait a long time for hot water , sometimes it is not there
The staff is friendly
Cleaning is done regularly and the rooms are not dusty. The rooms are good and the quality of the walls and ceilings is on the level.
The hotel has a very convenient location near Aksaray metro station. When exiting the subway, you need to go forward towards the bridge and then turn left along the street. The building is visually located opposite the mosque and up the street. All Turks are very responsive and will always guide you where you need to go. The price is reasonable - for 4 nights $ 136 for two. The room was cleaned every other day. Of the disadvantages, I did not like the bathroom, the shower doors were broken. There was no Russian channel. The breakfast is not varied, but you will not be hungry. There were olives, vegetables, boiled eggs, jam, tea, coffee, etc. I stayed 2 times and will come again.
