The caviar immediately attracts attention with its surroundings. We stopped by with our family to warm up and try the Novogrudok waters. Very beautiful design, interior of the room. Plus, there was an atmospheric decoration for the New Year. The drinks list is quite large. And I have never seen such types of coffee anywhere. We tried 3 drinks. They are all very different and very tasty. Quite a lot of coffee with alcohol. The prices are above average, but the drinks are also exclusive. I advise you to enjoy your stay at this coffee shop.

Finally, I got close to the coffee shop "AV" in the city of Novogrudok.
The coffee shop is located in the historical center of the city, once there were pastry shops and bakers in the distant past.
There were shopping malls where merchants from all over Europe and Asia gathered. Meetings of the Grand Masonic Lodge were held during the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.
And now this beautiful coffee shop is located here, where the traditions of the interior of a bygone era are preserved.
Now about the food: the coffee shop offers a variety of desserts for every taste, everyone will find something new, unusual, but very harmonious.
Service: excellent people work, courtesy is a plus, kindness is another plus, and of course knowledge of the entire range, and the entire menu, and this is a long list, the guys are great fellows, professionalism is on top.
Coffee: coffee has a good coffee card, everyone, everyone will find their favorite coffee for themselves.
One of my favorites is Flat White, specialty grains and the unique taste of the grains of the Honduras region. Moderately tart, rich, full of flavor indicators. You may not feel it the first time, but after tasting it, you will appreciate this region of coffee.

A wonderful, cozy cafe with an excellent assortment.
We enjoyed both aesthetic and gastronomic in this cafe))))
The service is at the highest level - fast, clean, as sincere as possible.
And when the girl without outerwear caught up with us and returned the forgotten scarf, there was no limit to our delight!

A good and inexpensive coffee shop, with good desserts. Of course, not everything is perfect. For example, the Kiev cake here turned out to be surprisingly hard, although in the original recipe the cakes should be of medium hardness. I was very pleasantly surprised by the author's chocolate honey cake. I liked everything else. It's cozy as at home, delicious as in a restaurant and beautiful as in Vienna.

The most gorgeous and one of the best in the republic! Even if I drive 40 km, it's not the first time I specifically stop by. The most excellent recipes of the author's coffee (a very large map) and desserts, including old recipes.
I have met such coffee shops only in Lviv, old Prague and Vienna.
An unambiguous recommendation to visit if you visit Novogrudok or its surroundings!

Whenever we visit Novogrudok, we try to get out into this Cave.
A pleasant, cozy atmosphere. A lot of coffee, and not only, drinks and cocktails. Own pastry shop (according to the products from which the cakes are made, they are homemade, high-quality, in execution - everything is very professional, beautiful and delicious, as a result - simply incomparable cakes! People take containers with them), polite, attentive, courteous staff.
This place has not only external beauty, but also a soul. This is how the caviar should be.
We sincerely wish the guys to continue their development, keep the bar high and receive love, warmth and reward from visitors!

The atmosphere is amazing. I was very surprised that the occupancy rate was 100 percent during the week. Locals and visitors with children drank coffee and cocktails, desserts and cakes. Everything is cool. Beautiful design. If you are with a child, be sure to come here.

The best coffee shop in Novogrudok. Cakes are orgasms. I love their honey cake. I'll tell you a secret, I come here from Baranovich to eat honey cake.

On one of our visits to Novogrudok, we were puzzled by a snack. We looked at the reviews and found this coffee shop. And, we were surprised that all the reviews are positive. We decided to go, fortunately, it is located in the center of the old part of the city - on the square.
That's where, indeed, such a rare unanimity in reviews is absolutely appropriate and justified!
Delicious desserts, huge cakes cut into portions, excellent variety of coffee drinks, in a beautiful setting, with friendly girls - everything is on top!
It's delicious and good in the old way. There are also low-calorie ones, there are desserts, practically without sugar....For every taste!👍
Prices for handmade cakes are acceptable.
I wanted to try everything at once!) We took cheesecake, meringue, latte, dessert.

Then we bought a piece of various goodies with our relatives. Everything was packed in containers for us.
Everything is fine in Kavyarna! There is also an outdoor terrace overlooking the central part of the city.
It's a godsend for sweetmeats!
However, we had to have lunch next door, because we were hungry, and in the Tavern, only sweets.
So, we can safely recommend this coffee shop and support all positive reviews. Caviar, indeed, deserves them.🌹💯

A coffee shop with 7 tables inside and 4 tables outside. There are disposable dishes on the veranda. The menu includes not only coffee, but also cocktails, tea, lemonades, desserts. Frappe, lemonade and 2 desserts cost 26.5 bel. rubles.
It is located in the very center, it is difficult to pass by.
Very nice and attentive baristas.
