When there was a Training And Research Hospital on it, it started not to work at all. About 15,000 people enter and exit daily. It's a mistake to expect him to lift this crowd. The parking problem is very normal. Another unknown aspect is that the Hospital has a Licensed Power Generation Plant. It can produce 2/3 of the electricity it consumes. The technical infrastructure and the number and level of personnel are in sufficient condition. It offers near-perfect comfort in terms of heating, cooling and ventilation. I have not had enough experience to evaluate the health service provided. Do not let the Lord bring down the World, and do not show his shortcomings.
