We admired every second of our stay at Cassandra Palace. A very atmospheric place, high-quality service. A cozy, clean room with a wonderful view of the sea. Delicious , varied food .
A special admiration was aroused by the well - groomed , large , memorable garden .The staff is very helpful, doing everything possible to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Special thanks to Despina and Vangelis for their responsiveness, kindness, and sensitivity. We will miss this heavenly place
I have been vacationing at this hotel since 18.09. Everything is fine here.. The territory of the hotel pleases the eyes. The sea is gorgeous. The beach is clean, only a lot of pebbles, you need corals on your feet. The food is good. And the girl is a charm. Throughout the whole vacation, I talked only with her. She speaks Russian and all the problems have been solved. I do not regret choosing this hotel. I advise you too!!!
It's a creepy place. Maybe, maybe things are even worse around, but this is beyond good and evil. It feels like the building was built in the 80s and since then it has been slowly but surely withering away. Disgusting plumbing, no service (this does not concern the staff, everyone is kind and responsive, they are definitely not to blame for this, all questions are to the owners and administration).
The tennis courts are like after the bombing, THE SPA IS JUST FALLING APART! No kidding, there are just taps and door handles falling out. I've never seen a worse spa anywhere.
The cuisine is Greek, if you like that, then everything is OK (desserts suck). Why can't I have tea or coffee for dinner? The unknown. The coffee machine is simply locked from breakfast))
I'm lying, you can drink tea for dinner, for only 3.90€ they will bring you a tea bag and a teapot with salt water, apparently boiling bottled water is too expensive.
Beach. If you walk 10 meters along the rocky bottom, a pleasant sand will begin. If you come across hedgehogs in the rocks, be careful. We were out of season (September.the end) therefore, it was rainy, cold and there were hordes of jellyfish in the sea. Outdoor pools are not heated, and the indoor one did not work because of covid, apparently. History is silent about where this 5-star hotel comes from, but we found out where a lot of good reviews came from when we made a late check-out) we were asked for one top review from each visitor))
And for sweets, when a full hotel turns up for dinner, like for a new iPhone, for 40 minutes)))
