I opened a multicurrency card in the bank specifically for trips abroad. Business trips are common, and this card helps out everywhere. I would also like to note that the bank's application works efficiently, and all relevant information is updated. So it's normal. And I recommend the card, it's convenient.
The bank is normal, but the application…Either you can't receive an SMS, or there is an error when logging in, or there is no online banking through the site. That's how money was needed, but nothing could be done. The bank offered to reinstall the application)))) which, of course, did not solve the issue.
A great Bank with great employees!
We were greeted with a smile, all the questions were considered, prompted.
They actively participated in solving small hitches.
Thank you very much!
It's probably a good bank, but I didn't like the service and coupon system. Yes, all banks have it, BUT why do they need an INN when issuing a ticket for a visit??? Not another foot .
In April 2024, one of the banks offered to open a bank card for non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, but this was possible only if an advance payment of 30,000 tenge was made. In other banks, the offer was more attractive: the first year of service is free, and from the second year — 2000 tenge per year.
The bank staff provided me with all the necessary advice, and even managed to get a plastic card. However, difficulties arose during the registration process: the network to which the databases of non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan were supposed to be connected was no longer available. In addition, I found out that the bank has separate databases and applications for non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as evidenced by not very positive user reviews. As a result, despite initial successes, I was never able to complete the registration of a bank card.

I applied to this bank for the first time quite recently, I had to open an account as a non-resident. To be honest, I expected delays and some complaints, but surprisingly everything was very fast. Although it took time for compliance, of course, but that's okay. But in general, it seems to be a solid big bank, the list of products is standard. I haven't asked them for money yet, but I'll keep it in mind for the future.
I opened the card, it can be done for non-residents without any problems. You need to have an IIN and a foreign passport. passport and that's it. Everything was explained and told, good service. For opening an account, 30,000 tenge is paid once. The card is multicurrency, it is now printed in the cartomat instantly as in Caspi.
I issued a card from them. They brought me home the next day. They only have Master Card cards, they work with Apple Pay without problems. I do not recommend withdrawing money from ATMs abroad (large commissions). And they charged 30,000 tenge for servicing the card (they said it was a one-time payment for opening an account). You can open a virtual card in the application.
A pretentious room, employees do not correspond to their place, pass the client like a banner, but in the end Nothing, just shrug their shoulders and smile sweetly, so you get nothing but a feeling of disappointment
The bank's employees are sincerely trying to help solve your problem. Perhaps this is the best bank in the city in terms of technology and in relation to non-residents and non-customers
