Finally, on Gagarin in Almagul, the Kaspi branch!!! Hooray!!! I would like to increase the number of managers at the customer service desk from 2 to 4. This will increase the speed of service, and reduce the waiting time for customers to 10 minutes. One of the visits took us more than 25 minutes just waiting.
