Про карточку за 10 минут уже наверно все писали - и это действительно так. Но сервис в этом отделении - просто восторг. Персонал вежливый и приятный, быстро помогли разобраться. Обмена с руб на тенге нет - держи, пожалуйста, бумажку с ближайшими обменниками. В общем, очень рекомендую!
