We had a rest on the weekend (we stopped by on December 14 and left on December 16) in the Kashgar recreation area. The reservation for four four-bed rooms was made in advance a month in advance. The receptionist, Arza, a very nimble, noisy woman, met us. The first impression of the view of the rooms is terrible. My mood immediately dropped. The room is cold, there is a smell of dust.It was as if some insects had been poisoned before our arrival. In the cheap ones, in general, the wind blows with the windows closed. There are no hooks. There is simply nowhere to hang a towel. The water is barely flowing. Take a shower, don't even dream about it. Apparently it's there just for a photo, to show that there are conditions. The outlet in the shower is not working, so you will not be able to use a hairdryer either. There is also a closet in the room, which you need to hold when opening the door, there is a danger that it will fall right on top of you! The room is four-seater, but there is only one outlet, and that is occupied by a refrigerator. There is another one, right under the ceiling, above the door to the shower room.We still haven't figured out what it's for. There is an air conditioner, but it hangs to the right. The kitchen is separate . All dishes, gas, and a microwave are provided there. There is a cauldron of oshak, you need to bring firewood with you. We cooked the food in the kitchen, but they are not allowed to eat in the dining room, you need to take it to the room and eat there. However, there is no table in the room itself, only four beds and a wardrobe. The table stands on the veranda, which unites three rooms. Arza gave us tablecloths and told us to eat on the veranda at minus 5. The veranda is not heated. I agree that in summer it's the most fun, on the veranda overlooking the pool, but in winter… And then you need to carry all the dishes, they provide, from the kitchen, and it's not close, and the food cools down while you bring it and still eat on the veranda at minus 5, In general, I'm already tired of writing, I would write a lot more! About the pool, about the ice in front of the steps, all the time the fear of not falling over and breaking something! There are no toilets. You swim in the pool and if you want to, you need to go to your room. There is also no toilet in the indoor pool, only a shower in which water also flows without pressure. And, apparently, people, having no other opportunity, relieve themselves there, the smell in the shower says so. Well, who wants to run to their room in subzero temperatures. In general, although the mood dropped, we decided not to be negative and somehow spend the weekend, especially since the reservation is not refundable. After arriving, Arza took payment for two days, and when we called her for some questions, she did not answer the phone. I've never written reviews, but in this case I decided to write right away.I don 't recommend it to anyone . We left ourselves only in a positive mood. But still, I want the holiday and the weekend to be worthy of the money that we paid, and in two days we left half a lemon there, just for accommodation
The pools are very nice and thoughtful for adults and children to swim in. Clean and cozy. The territory is also comfortable, everything is covered with flagstone and stone. The location of the outdoor pool is protected from the wind, which is important. The manager is a super responsive and competent pro. Unfortunately, the rooms for April 2023 are asking for cosmetic repairs. It would be good to update the mattresses, lighting and plumbing. You need to cook by yourself, or go to a cafe nearby. There is a shop nearby with everything you need.
