She was very pleasant and cool, explained everything, set up a positive mood and created an atmosphere, and then showed me where to take pictures. It's a beautiful place. However, some employees have problems with attentiveness. I waited for 2 minutes to be helped out of a difficult situation. They justified themselves by saying that the employee did not notice me. Not waiting for the employee, I got up and only then was I noticed, but because of this I was removed from the check-in. When I said that I had been waiting for him for a long time, I was told that he had already passed through here and I was not here, but in fact he was not even close to me (there are witnesses). Thank you so much for having a "wonderful" time. Before that, I loved this place, but now I doubt whether it is worth returning here with such an attitude. The man was specially present on the court to solve such situations, but alas, it did not help.
