ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! The hotel is not worth the money you are asking for! IT's a PITY you can't add a video!
The main thing is the MOUNTAINS and the wheelchair! (the motto of this trip.) And the rest... but the rest is out of the question. Through one person, there is an obvious dislike for Russia and Russians, a deliberate display of disrespect for Russian speakers, from providing a hotel room to restaurant service, a room below the declared category, waiting in a restaurant, even if you are alone - 30 minutes for coffee and a glass of local wine. In a seedy cafe, the menu is bigger and more diverse. The coffee machine, by the way, broke down yesterday and it still hasn't been fixed. Okay, I don't drink coffee, but who can't do without it in the morning, what's it like for them? The attitude of the hotel staff and other establishments is either nothing or rude. The 4-star hotel ... does not even reach 3, it was not possible to sleep peacefully for more than one night, dogs were barking under the windows, the response to my request to remove the dogs was great ... they are not ours. That's how the dogs howled and barked every night! We checked into a room with a view of the wall! Although the suite was paid for. Dirty and shabby walls, broken plumbing, leaking battery pipes, windows through which you can hear everything and the wind blows through, the reception desk never knows anything.. and apparently they don't want to know.. they turn off the concierge's phone at night, enter the rooms even though the do not disturb sign weighs, a taxi for 500 meters literally costs 20 €, and walking along an unpaved road without a pedestrian zone and ice is even dangerous (and I had to walk! There is simply no decent store, restaurant, or exchanger near the hotel) prices for the same menu in all establishments are Moscow. The battered tents at the ski lifts for a "snack" with complete unsanitary conditions and kebabs that are put on and taken off with their hands are something without gloves, respectively. What's worth is a hotel security guard drunk in a hollow who was trying to figure out if I like Georgia or not... and that's at 13:00!! Hotels don't know what service and customer satisfaction are in this area at all. After 2 days, I don't want to engage in dialogues with the locals on any topic. Rudeness and ostentatious unfriendliness are everywhere! Any question should be answered with a reference to Russia! A few establishments at the resort consider themselves obligated to provide a 20% discount to those who are against Russia. I won't even write about the SPA in the hotel.
The only good things are MOUNTAINS and a wheelchair. The tracks are gorgeous!

We stayed at the hotel for a rest on the way, although it is not the season in Gudauri (ski resort), everything was very great (delicious breakfast, friendly staff, SPA with pool) we were allowed to leave at 15:00 without additional charges. Well, the view of the mountains from the room is just magical

I liked it! A spacious room. They were rented in the form of apartments. Everything you need is there. Balcony with mountain view, cable car. Clean, smells nice. Comfortable. We had breakfast in the restaurant for a fee. I recommend.

The hotel is outdated, on-demand service, restaurant service is slow, there is no variety of dishes on the menu or on the buffet. But a great location, a convenient room for storing ski equipment. The lift is 5 minutes away. They speak Russian at will, and more often they offer to switch to English. But he is not always well understood)

A very mediocre hotel, which is difficult even to drive up to by car, a narrow path has been cleared from the snow for one car, all entrances are covered with snow, it is clear that the hotel is located on a mountain pass and a lot of snow falls here, but respect for customers should be! During the 4 days of stay, no one cleared the snow like that! The rooms are old, the furniture is shabby!, the flooring in the room is stained with dirty spots and even burned in several places with a cigarette. The hotel is located in a ski resort and most of the guests come to ski, but there is simply no place to dry things in the rooms! It is damp and cold in the inventory storage room, the lockers are small, it is not clear what kind of things are intended for storage! The breakfasts are monotonous, omelette, sausages, nuggets, pasta and a couple of vegetable salads, cheeses, and cold cuts! The money that is being asked for a hotel stay is definitely not worth it.

We were the only guests at the hotel at the beginning of October, we received just super, dinner and breakfast were simply delicious, everything was delicious and very satisfying! The sauna and swimming pool are clean and well maintained, there are towels, slippers, hygiene products everywhere.

We have never seen such hospitality before. We arrived late, we were greeted, and a delicious dinner was prepared. The staff is the most helpful and friendly. The room is comfortable with a beautiful view of the mountains. We really liked it.

Great hotel! The cuisine is better than in most of the country and the prices are average. The location is quite convenient, but not very convenient access to the slope, since there is a spontaneous parking lot between the hotel and the exit to the slope, which is forced so that sometimes it is impossible to pass. In general, everything is great, I liked it! I definitely recommend it, I will try to return to the season

The price is higher than the service. The restaurant in the hotel is expensive. The staff, like everywhere else in Gudauri, is detached. The rooms are worn. It is difficult to ventilate the room, there is only a balcony door without a micro-ventilation system. Among the advantages there is a storage and drying room, a sauna, a small swimming pool. Both Europeans and the CIS stay at the hotel. The breakfasts are pretty monotonous. There's still enough time for 4 days and that's it. It is located not far from the slope. 3 minutes. The view from the room is good. There is a minibar in the room - it is expensive.

It is not very convenient to walk through mud in ski boots to the slopes. There is very little space in the ski storage room. We, a family of 7 people, spent a day on the road due to the fact that the cross pass was closed, we were told that this was not their problem and they would not reimburse anything. They also answered rather politely. In general, this is the last time we stayed at this hotel.
