Special thanks to Tatiana, the logistics coordinator, who, at any time, even the busiest and most incomprehensible, and there were many of them, coped with the removal of equipment, constant monitoring of the situation and answers to questions 24/7. About the company in general - transparent and fair cost of equipment, thanks to the calculator of the website, tips on payment and calculations, fast delivery to the port, photos at all stages of transportation. I decided to order a car from the USA, word for word, and decided to sign a contract with Karamoto.
Dmitry was my personal manager, who tells everything very easily and is constantly in touch!)
In a week and a half, we worked out 10 car options and almost immediately took away a decent option.
Well, then everything went well with Karamoto and I just waited for the delivery, everything went quickly and even cheaper than promised. Everything is beautiful at customs too, I just had to come to the customs office and hand over the documents and pick up my car.

It has already been 2 months since I became the owner of the coveted car from Korea.
I decided to share my feedback about caromoto. I immediately apologize for the great review, I will write how it all was.
I made the decision to purchase a car from Korea in May 2024. I started looking for companies that are engaged in fitting. If you don't lie, there were no more than 10 of them in Minsk. I called each organization (IE, LLC, etc., drove up to each of them in order to talk tet-a-tet, in each of the organizations I requested a service agreement for review. I will not write about each service provider, BUT I was surprised at how terrible the contracts were drawn up (I will not go into details) and some confusing schemes. Of all the organizations, PLCauction had a contract drawn up more or less, and Caromoto had the best one (there are errors in their contract, but compared to all the others, this contract looked advantageous). Both companies had similar car delivery policies. I decided either PLC or Caromoto, and after the last conversation with Carina's manager from Caromoto, I decided to sign a contract with Caromoto. Reasons: 1) Karina's manager told everything clearly and accessible; 2) transparent logic of all stages: order, payment, delivery, etc.; 3) followed the experience of this company, reviews, checked licenses and certificates; 4) liked the approach when choosing a car in Korea; 5) the delivery process itself and its timing based on the difficult situation in the world.
At the beginning of July, I signed a contract. The search has begun. We searched for a long time, selected (yes, they offered different options, in most cases they were not according to specification, which was a little annoying, but I understood that cars were sold out very quickly and it was difficult to offer what you want. I started searching by myself, on those sites that were offered by Encar, AJ, etc. I found the first one, the second one - checked - did not fit, I found the third one- checked - fit and agreed. At the end of July, I paid the cost of the car, the cost of delivery, and other payments. In mid-August, the car was loaded and shipped. The delivery was agreed in advance and I planned that in 3 months the car would arrive in Minsk in a certain way. But things turned out a little differently, due to certain circumstances related to transportation, logistics has changed. As a result, the car arrived in mid-September (there were about 26 days for delivery). I think I'm very lucky.
I can't say that the contact with the company was perfect. There was one acute moment, but it was resolved in a working manner, with the management of the company, we agreed on a solution to this issue.
Overall, I am pleased with the choice of the company, its approach and capabilities, fast delivery, and I am grateful to manager Karina for working together.
Now there is a lot of information about other companies on the Internet, how can people not get their cars, are they in the dark where their car is? why is this the case and not otherwise? and others .
I think for those who are now making a choice which company to contact, I suggest considering Caromoto. It seemed to me that they are doing everything to ensure that your car arrives to you safely.
I recommend: When choosing a supplier, always familiarize yourself with the contract, so as not to get into an unpleasant situation.

I brought myself a minimally broken portik from karomoto in 2024. The first time I ordered a cue ball from the states. I am very satisfied with the service.
We won the first auction, which I liked. February 28 or 29. By the time I paid in full, the car was already at the port. They sent me a bunch of photos. According to the approximate dates, the cue ball sailed away and sailed to Klaipeda. At the dump, the wheelbarrows were unloaded from the container, and photos were sent. A week later, they sent me pictures of Christmas carols from the SVH. I paid the fees and went to pick up after registration.
In terms of money, almost everything agreed with the initial data, only the delivery to Minsk was 120 dollars more. Given the current realities, I consider this to be unimportant. The company offered additional insurance for the duration of the voyage and the move to Minsk, but did not impose it. I didn't use it. One of the big advantages was that I was offered the option of paying through a bank with a minimum commission of 1.25%. Other lucky ones have from 3 to 6%
In general, I am satisfied. There were no shoals, the deadlines and the financial issue were also quite clearly observed.
I think now, almost a year later, the dates, routes and prices are different. But the excellent attitude towards customers remained.

Good afternoon friends! For many years, I have been acutely concerned about buying a car. Constantly, something got in the way: the question of money, and then where and what to bring. In May last year, when all the "stars came together," I started looking for those who would bring me a car from Yu.Korea. I called a lot of companies. But it is difficult to say now why he chose Karamoto. I remember that I liked the confident communication of the manager, the price of the service provided, and most importantly, the price and method of delivery of the car to Minsk. I arrived, signed a contract, paid and the work started. I was looking for Hyundai Santa Fe TM 2019. My thoughts were like this: now they will outline options for me from the auction and I will start choosing. Yes, it was. However, not everything is so simple. I've been looking for a car for more than three weeks. I was already beginning to despair. But the day came when my bet was played. The manager has been in touch with me all this time and patiently answered my questions. On May 30, I got a car. I've paid for everything. Yes, there was an unpleasant moment here, I was given two invoices, for a car and for delivery, which is why I paid an extra $ 300 commission. And when I made my claims, the company's management met me halfway and returned some of the money. As promised, the car set off on 17.06. and arrived in Minsk on 08/24/2023. Oh, how many experiences there were, how is she there in the container. It's creepy. I shouldn't have worried. Everything arrived perfectly. True, after three months of hanging out at sea, the interior was covered with mold, but this is not Karamoto's fault. In short, the car is in the "fire" state. I drive and I'm happy. I have maintained good relations with manager Ilya. Bottom line, I'm very happy with everything. Sorry, I couldn't transfer photos and videos of the car. In June 2023, Caromoto acquired a 2019 Volvo S60 through the company. Why Caromoto? This is the only company in the Republic of Belarus engaged in the selection of cars from the USA for which I have not found a single bad review on the Internet, I was also bribed by the fact that the company has a wide network of offices around the world – this definitely inspires confidence. This was followed by the signing of the contract and the beginning of the search for a car according to my wishes and budget. The fact that in the end I became the happy owner of a Volvo is 100% the merit of manager Dmitry, it was he who prompted me to pay attention to this model and comparing all the parameters and cost, I realized that Volvo is just the perfect option. Special thanks to Dmitry, for the fact that he was always in touch, very promptly responded to messages and explained everything as clearly as possible. With this level of service, I was very surprised by the very adequate cost for the car selection service, I didn't even believe it at first)).
As a result, the car was picked up within 1 month + 1.5 months for delivery to Klaipeda, and after another 1.5 weeks I was already clearing my Volvo at the SVH in Kolyadichi. This was my first experience of buying a car outside of the Republic of Belarus and definitely the most successful. The next car is mandatory only with Caromoto!
