parking is not enough revenge, the residents of the car itself have no place to stay in the evening after work when they come home. the back of the car wash should be cleaned up, where residents should sit down from the garbage disposal site.

+ beautiful flowers, clean, houses in good condition, elevators are working, there is lighting.
- In the playground, ALL the swings are broken (you need to replace/ make them stronger), there are dead roads, put more benches.

Nice area the layout of the apartment is super! The rooms are huge...It's just noisy, children don't sleep in the yard even at night..parents probably don't care
