Three times we booked a sauna in this institution and each time upon arrival at the agreed time , the bath was cold . The reasons were different ( in the spirit - the pipe burst))) Well, come on. To add to all this , boorish administrators . Having called once again to book a bathhouse for tomorrow and make an advance payment in the morning (the bathhouse was booked for 15.00), it was said <only on prepayment>.)))) how do you want me to provide a reservation??? If I'm in another city ???? Customer orientation is below the baseboard !!! The bathhouse is not bad, not far from my parents' house!!! But the service sucks!!!!!

It's just a terrible kitchen.🤮🤮🤮 We celebrated a New Year's corporate party there, the salad is like slop, it feels like the vegetables were just put on new plates from previous banquets, just not so fresh that maybe even animals are not fed like this. The "hot" was cold, the second hot was just not even tasted by anyone, it looked like the cooks had spat it out. I do not recommend banquets. The prices are space, and the kitchen is zero. The service is terrible. The young waitresses, after being asked to change the fork, because it fell to the floor, made such a face that it would be better to wipe it with a napkin. The level of the cafe, to drink coffee and that is not very good.
