I have been visiting the market for many years before and after the reconstruction.
It took a while to recover after the reconstruction, but now you can find everything to your liking. New directions have also appeared, for example, the repair and tailoring of clothes, curtains, etc. I have optics, I ordered glasses. I always take delicious pickles, frozen berries in the same department.
The arch itself is no longer there, but the bazaar itself is now covered - not bad, delicious baursaks and chebureks are always sold fresh, cheeses and sausages are average prices, in general, the bazaar helps out
The market has changed, it has become more convenient. The market was made covered . But I would like more variety. Many boutiques are still empty. Well, the prices are too high. For some reason, there is such a trend in our city, if the market or store is within walking distance, then the prices are decently inflated. If you want it cheaper, you need to drive through the whole city.
Despite the fact that this is a market, it is great. Very kind people, a large selection of goods in "boutiques",
there are pleasant places to relax.
It's a pity that the "Doner-Burger" was removed, it was very tasty there.
Another of the cons, It's very crowded here)))
The KARIM grocery market is diverse, but the products, vegetables, and fruits are expensive. It is easier to go to the Realist supermarket than to take it there. It's cold in winter, it's a pity for the sellers.
There are small boutiques where I sometimes buy Taldykurgan dairy products, the prices are good and acceptable, as well as Kyrgyz dairy products.
I would also like to mention a boutique where they sell delicious, hot and fresh (!) tortillas!
When buying vegetables, I was brazenly weighed down and cheated today. The fruit sellers were without masks, the scales were very far away in the depths of the outlet and I had to take everything I was told on faith. Of course, they didn't give ANY CHECKS. It's a complete mess and arrogance and no control from the administration.
