07.2024. The hotel is good. The room is clean. There is no sound insulation. The sea is 3 minutes away - slowly. The sea is the purest. A pine grove along the shore. There is enough catering. There is a shared kitchen, a playground, and parking on site. I really liked it. We will come again.

No need to expect wow!!! We had a rest in August 2023. The territory is good compared to other houses in the same price category. A lot of greenery!!! There are new guest houses and there is no greenery at all! And there's enough of it here! The fact that there is a construction site outside the windows is another territory, with a view of the courtyard everything is very decent! I can hear the neighbors!Yes, that's how you can see in the photo that the house is wooden!!!!the rooms are nearby, it is clear that you will hear a little!!! There are enough dishes in the kitchen for everyone! The disadvantage is that the water and light are turned off, so this is the problem of the entire region, and not the guest house in particular!! We were with a small child, we caught rotavirus - that was a minus! In general, for such an amount, it's not even bad! The sea is always very clean!! The sea is a 2-minute walk away at a calm pace! Towels were changed for us on demand, even more was given for the baby!

The horror of everything! We made an advance payment, we stopped by. It is difficult to walk to the hotel, especially if it rains. Puddles, mud, like pigs came. They said from the doorstep that the WiFi was not working. Rooms with a view of the swamp. Frogs croak, chickens walk. The prepayment was not refunded. The hostess doesn't care about the visitors.
