Mediocre, long waits, stuff does not seem to care which is weird for Armenia. One hour wait for a teapot that comes watered down. Another half an hour to get your bill.
Bread soups are interesting, but overall better stay away.
We came to have a quick and tasty snack, but unfortunately, this did not happen. The waitress smiled very sweetly and accepted the order: saved in bread, kebab, one shawarma and 2 Cokes. I didn't bring the shawarma at all that I ordered, we think it's okay - we'll manage. They didn't wait for the Coke at all until they took it themselves. Food for 3 points, no more!!! The most interesting thing started with the payment: firstly, it is unrealistic to wait for her, she probably has a lot to do besides work) secondly, there were more positions in the account than ordered. They started asking questions, the staff started getting nervous and telling fairy tales) The check is in Armenian and 10 percent of the service fee is included, I'm just warning you! The prices in the receipt and the menu differ, an ordinary mess. They paid 250 drams more than the prices on the menu and threw the change defiantly into a jug for calculation. There are many other worthy places in Yerevan. I do not recommend using the word at all!
It is budget-friendly and delicious, to be honest, I did not expect that such dishes would be brought for such a price👍
Chicken soup with rice 1150 drams, delicious, 2 good pieces of chicken, also 2 loaves of bread for soup, and in expensive restaurants bread must be ordered separately)))
And I took something like shawarma with cheese and tomatoes in grilled pita bread, for 700 rubles, I can't say that wah, but in principle it couldn't be any other way, everything is as expected, at home I also make burum.
The service is good, polite.
I'm full, and I'll be back. In order to eat when hungry, it is an ideal option.
It is modest inside, but everything corresponds to the price category👍👌🏽
The only thing, well, this is my personal wish))) I would like Armenian fragrant cilantro instead of parsley. Thank you🤍
My favorite place, for quick service. The waiter is Sima, the nicest person. When I visit Yerevan, I have lunch only here. Thanks to the staff, for the delicious food and service.
It's not the first time I've been here. There is a choice of soups. The dishes are brought quickly. The second floor is also cozy.
Air conditioning, sockets, decent toilet.
The tabouleh salad is very good!
Plus, it's pretty fast.
Cons: tasteless, borscht in bread is complete nonsense, the broth was absorbed into the bread, it turned out to be some kind of stew of vegetables on leavened bread. Under the guise of a chicken leg kebab, a wing kebab is served (the upper part of the type looks like small legs). Salad with old smelly onions. In short, it's bad...
We came for breakfast, our scrambled eggs and omelet were cooked for 50 minutes, apparently waiting for the Yerevan chickens to lay fresh eggs. Lamaggio was naive.
On the first day we were, everything was wonderful, everything was liked, the second day was disgusting, the service was worse, the waiter didn't give a damn about you at all,she begins to impose her opinion that it wasn't tasty to her, they brought two "khachapuri" that it was impossible to eat bread with egg👍
Several times they told the waiter nothing in response, threw the bill and left, the tip is also included in the bill for some reason, I do not advise the establishment
A quiet, pleasant place in the center of Yerevan. There is a sufficient selection of dishes on the menu. Delicious and inexpensive cuisine. Friendly and attentive staff. Special thanks to the waitress Sima, who served us during the visit
It's amazing! Delicious! Beautiful! We were just going to have lunch with our family. Everyone left happy, well-fed and with pleasant memories. I definitely recommend the place to visit!
Karas is an institution for eating quickly and inexpensively every day. The food is quite tasty. I've been going to these places for many years. I haven't seen anything wrong here.
It was very tasty, we took dolma from grape leaves and branded kebab Karas, both of which tasted very pleasant, calm friendly service, air conditioners work well,
Always fresh, delicious and varied food. A huge selection of local dishes. I ordered home delivery and went to the restaurant myself. Food was always delivered quickly. The prices are low. The waiters are always polite and smiling. Even when we were naughty)))))) We didn't know what to order. We asked and consulted with them. We were happy to be prompted and advised. I will return immediately and recommend everyone to come in.
A terrible place is a dry burger, you ask for one volume of a drink , you bring it more expensive and then they say oh, sorry, it happens, they punch a drink of 0.5 and a glass of 0.33 it used to be not a bad institution but now it's completely ruined
The place left behind one negative: they bought a "box with a toy" for a child, instead of a toy they got a mediocre advertising decoration, the potatoes are absolutely dry, the burger for the child was also struck: 90% of the whole burger is a bun, the burger itself is tasteless. At the end, the "mega shawarma" is the size of an ordinary one (the taste is the same as usual). The finishing touch was the attitude of the owner to our comments and, in general, to his work.
When you order a shish kebab from chicken legs, then be ready that they will bring a shish kebab and chicken wings.)
And if you ask why, you will get the answer that it is chicken legs.))and there is no difference that it is clearly noticeable that this is a wing and not a ham.
You don't put khinkali either, it's not one hundred percent delicious.
Delicious, good service. I've been there twice. But it takes a very long time for the waiter to order. The third time I even had to leave, although the hall was empty.
The kebab is quite mediocre, although it would seem - Armenia is the same!
We waited until the bill was brought in for 15 minutes, we waited for the change for another 10 minutes from above))
And so, the food is normal: khinkali, salads, fries
Not a bad place. The prices are not the smallest, of course. But it's very tasty. We ate solyanka in bread and chicken kebab. I would rather recommend this cafe.
A good branch of the network. Delicious borscht and tabouleh. Clean, the order is delivered quickly. The staff is polite. There are breakfasts from 7 to 12!
We wanted to eat. We went inside. The ground floor is empty, all the tables are dirty, with leftovers and crumpled napkins, after the visitors left. We went up to the second floor. Everything looks more decent there, but the waiter stopped us and asked us to leave, as the second floor is too full of visitors. This was already surprising, since about 60% of the seats were available there. We went down again, decided to check the lowest, basement floor. There were people there, but it was very smoky. There was an unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke. Okay, back to the first floor. They sat down at a dirty table. We sat and waited. No one came up. They took the menu themselves, they cleaned the table themselves - zero attention. We sat and waited. They're gone. It's a disgusting place. They were untidily surprised and spent a good amount of money elsewhere with pleasure. We will never return to this place again.
The kebab and kebab are delicious, the waiters are super slow, forgetful. Everyone waited for a very long time, we were sitting on the second floor and not a single waiter thought to come up at least once to see how we were there, maybe we want to ask for the Bill... we forgot to bring sauces to the dishes, we forgot drinks, bread was brought instead of pita bread. I won't come here anymore for sure
Disgusting staff! I went in and ordered a lamajo with me. It started to rain heavily, we decided that it was better to wait out the rain and eat on the spot. It was night, there were no people at all. And then the waitress came up and said in a rude tone that it was forbidden to take takeaway orders in the institution and did not care that it was raining outside, they say this is not our problem, leave. They did not even offer any alternative, they did not try to solve this issue in any way. It's just awful. The slogan: "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT" does not work in this institution. I don't advise you to set foot there anymore.
In general, it's not bad, the level is budgetary. But the shawarma is so-so, the lavash is rubber and cold (their shawarma is a kebab, while we were not asked in what form to bring it, and the neighbors were asked to serve it in lavash or not).
The grilled potatoes were brought in half in the form of charcoal.
