Excellent base, beautifully maintained territory, attentive staff, clean pools, clean rooms, everything you need in the room, dishes, glasses, microwave, TV, towel in the bathroom, etc.paper. Overall, the recreation center is good. We were in February. I swam in 5 of the 6 pools. One pool is small, for outdoor children, almost no one swam in it because it was cool, perhaps it is more popular in summer. The large outdoor pool wasn't particularly popular either, although I enjoyed swimming there. The water is not hot, and therefore it is just convenient to swim a distance and train there. It is convenient that the entrance to the indoor pool is very close to the residential building and you do not need to walk for a long time in the cold. The food is delicious and not very expensive. Soups from 1500 tenge are hotter than 2000-2500. There are dishes to order for the company. Everything must be ordered in advance. Breakfast is preferably served in the evening. There is a barbecue area with large cauldrons. You can use it for free, but I don't know where to get firewood. We took coals with us for barbecue. The junior suites are large and it was warm there. Sometimes the neighbors would make noise, and the children would stomp over us. On the downside: you can't use your own gas or electric stoves on the premises. We planned to cook sometimes, make coffee. I went outside the territory once. The rest of the coffee was allowed to be brewed in the kitchen. But there is a microwave. We cooked dumplings, dumplings and noodles there. Another disadvantage is that there is no cold font. The large pool took a long time to fill, it began to be lowered on Wednesday evening and it filled up all Thursday. Very clean, beautiful, well-groomed trees, grass, flowers, figurines of animals, birds and other characters everywhere.
Five pools with warm mineral water, one for children, one indoors.
There is a playground, a swing for adults)
Large barbecue area, delicious food in the cafe. You can rent rooms in the building or fully cottages for the company. Price/quality - match.
Water from the spring flows through all communications of this recreation area.

Thanks to all the staff of this recreation area. It is always clean, beautiful, and delicious. Pools of different temperatures. Gazebos and flower beds. There is a barbecue open kitchen. For 15 years now, how many times a year do we visit with the whole family, friends and children. I really like it.
You can't get drunk and rowdy. They'll kick you out.

A lovely area, clean and tidy. But there's a problem with ramps... At the main entrance, the ramp rests against the door, there is a ramp to the pool on one side, and on the other side the door is screwed on.
You can't go up to the tanhouses in a wheelchair
There are huge curbs between the paths, it is simply impossible for wheelchair users to move around. A wheelchair is not allowed in a standard room. I think it is possible to provide at least one room for people with disabilities and make exits between the paths.
No one is immune from being in a wheelchair. I really hope that we will come back to you and see small but critical changes.
