A week later, I came back — the card was still not ready and they promised that the issue would be resolved within 2-3 days. This situation has already been repeated 3-4 times, but the map is still not ready.
Initially, I was told that the problem was not from the Uzcard side, and the Uzcard is not working at all now. However, when I approached another operator as a new customer, he informed me that the card could be issued and issued immediately. But as soon as they found out that I had already applied earlier, they immediately started repeating the old story about technical problems.
Each time, I am sent from one employee to another: some are sent to an operator named Charos, who originally placed my order, and she is sent back to others. As a result, there is complete confusion and lack of responsibility. I still don't understand what's going on there...

A terrible bank, I do not understand why there is such a fuss around it, they could not open the card because of the old PINFL database, last week the spouse asked to change the phone number in the system, the result is 0, it is written on the site independently through the info kiosk, neither on the site nor on the maps there are no addresses for the location of data, we have been walking for a week back and forth from the bank branch to Public Services, as if there was nothing else to do, unskilled staff.
I work fast. When contacting, they always try to help promptly. Polite staff. They have never been harsh in their statements or impatient with customers during my visits. Opening a Visa card, counting waiting in an electronic queue, took 25 minutes from filling out and submitting documents to issuing the card. At the same time, the Humo card will take up to 5 working days after submitting the documents.
The service is excellent, the staff is courteous. The waiting time is not that long. Customer relations are good.

OK , let 's close it . But there was an emergency near the department itself, the ditch near the gate, closed with a grate, apparently had damage that was simply masked with wire . Where I stepped on accidentally and fell knee - deep , thank God I didn 't break anything , but I hurt my knees , be careful . And the administration - TAKE MEASURES , do not disguise and fix what belongs to your territory normally . And teach the staff to sell your products rather than sell them.

The location seems to be convenient, but it seems impossible to drive up, you have to walk a couple of meters (nowadays, for many, this is a problem). There are not enough seats, and in other respects, this situation is observed in all banks, if we say so, then Kapitalbank has the best situation in this regard.
