We were passing through Gomel and decided to have lunch at the Capybara sushi bar.
The quality of the sushi is at the highest level.

As always, I don't have a photo, I just don't have time to take it. The rolls are so delicious that they are eaten at the speed of light.
Dried Capybaras-my respect👏🏻 for two years you have been conquering my taste buds 🫰🏻 the rolls in this establishment are always fresh and very tasty, there are a lot of fillings (fish, shrimp, mussels, etc.) that feel good, the rice does not fall apart, each roll is the same size🔥
I've tried rolls and other establishments with delivery many times, but Capybara remains a favorite.

Amazing staff, polite and cultured communication. Very tasty sushi sets, very satisfying, beautiful serving. This is exactly the place that I would recommend to the guests of Gomel to visit.
