There is always no delivery on holidays and weekends, and such situations are constantly recurring. On weekdays, delivery mostly arrives on time, but sometimes they forget to put the right sauces and sets of chopsticks in the right volume. And sushi is like a lottery, in most cases 9/10, but sometimes there is a little old fish, which is clearly felt by taste.
We ordered the Asia set. A very big underweight! With boxes (small weighs 10 grams, large 20 grams). As a result, the underweight was 140 grams!!!! We called them, complained, and after a long pause we heard the answer: our courier can come, pick up the order and we will weigh them with us.
The fact that I have a photo proof and had the opportunity to record a video - they didn't care at all! To stay hungry or to eat a set with an underweight - that's the choice they gave us! We will not order from them anymore!
