We had a family vacation in April 2025. The hotel is not new, but we really liked it! Friendly staff, clean and cozy. Good breakfasts. The room was cleaned every day, the bed and towel were changed daily too. The room is very cozy and consists of two rooms. Bedroom and kitchen-living room. The bathroom is large and comfortable. Nice balcony. Two air conditioners and a TV, a two-chamber refrigerator, a safe. Excellent private beach with free sun beds and towels. Transfer to the beach every 10-15 minutes by hotel shuttle. Green area and two swimming pools. One on the roof. This is now one of our favorite hotels in Phuket! We'll definitely be back, I recommend it!

I'm staying at this hotel for the second time. Amazing peaceful place, "sanatorium". It's an hour's drive from the airport. The hotel has excellent breakfasts, cleanliness, order, and silence. They only speak English at the reception, but you can communicate perfectly through the translator app. A small bus takes you to the beach from 6.00-11.00. Private beach under palm trees with lots of sun beds, free towels, always calm sea. There are several swimming pools on site, which can be used for free. There is a toilet, shower, bar on the beach. Near the hotel there is a cafe for different tastes and budgets, a 7/11 shop. An inexpensive taxi from the hotel will always take you to the city center, other beaches, etc. A great place for those who like a relaxing, leisurely vacation.

We rested in this hotel from 09/16/24 to 09/22/24 the hotel has a rating of 5+ rooms, staff, cleaning, breakfasts, territory, swimming pools, nearby you can not eat expensive in cafes, change currency, everything is super!Now it's not a big spoon, for us the hotel is located very far from the airport, we drove for almost 2 hours and the beach tides (rocks and corals) . We decided for ourselves that we would not come back here after all. And the most important disappointment, which in principle spoiled the impression, about the rest is the representative of Biblio-Globus (Valeria) excursions are not worth buying (payment max. we received mim. ) when buying locations, there were more in fact less, respectively, the money was not refunded. The main motto is "get in on the road " and the service will wait.

A great hotel with friendly staff, delicious breakfasts and a variety of plants on site. I was very pleased with the room. It was on the ground floor overlooking the garden. There was a Jacuzzi on the balcony of the room. It was so nice to lie in it in the evening and admire nature and the starry sky))) rooms with Jacuzzi 131,133 and possibly 135 (I didn't see further). I'm shooting a star for one unpleasant incident that happened to us during our vacation: we bought tickets to the show from a travel agent, we agreed to transfer the money through the reception. We put them in an envelope, signed to whom and how many, and sealed them. They took it to the reception, asked to give the envelope to the travel agent. The next day, when the recipient opened the envelope, $100 was missing. That is, someone from the staff simply opened the envelope, took out the bill and appropriated it. In addition, the agent left a ticket for us at the reception. When we came to get the ticket, the staff pretended that there was no ticket.. It was good that there was a photo of the ticket, and we followed it to the show. They did not deal with the staff, because they would hardly have proved anything anyway. So be careful, someone from the staff is not clean on the hand.

We rested from 05.27.24 to 06.09.24 room 351 near the pool. All the positive reviews have been confirmed. This is a hotel for a family relaxing holiday. The sea is calm at any time of the year. Special thanks to the hotel staff for their attentiveness, responsiveness, and non-intrusiveness. They seem to be there and they don't seem to be there. Many thanks to literally everyone: the hoteliers in the lobby, the canteen employee, the cleaners, etc. Our daughter had a birthday on 05/28/24, 8 years old, and after all, they gave her a cake and candles. My daughter was delighted! The proposed breakfast food meets all tastes, cooked deliciously. The rooms are apartments, there is a kitchen and a living room area, a separate bedroom area. I recommend the hotel for a holiday!!! I give you 5 stars

I was on vacation with my daughter from October 11 to October 20, 2024!!!! I paid 225 thousand rubles. Full delight!!! The room is great!There is a balcony with a table and armchairs. The room has a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, sets of dishes and appliances.
The bathroom has a bathroom, toilet and shower.There are convenient shelves to lay out women's things, there is a hair dryer.
Wet cleaning and linen change daily. There are no insects in the room (I read in the reviews that there were) Very clean. Two bottles of water and tea, coffee and sugar were added daily.
We only had breakfast. Very tasty!!! The choice of dishes will satisfy even the fastidious!! Fried sausages of two types, eggs in different types, stewed vegetables with meat and mushrooms (also different), a sweet table with cupcakes and croissants and separately, such as our donuts, but sausages fried in butter sweets!!! Milk and yoghurts!! Fruits- watermelons, pineapples, papaya, melons, dragon fruit.
Coffee (I didn't like it, but the taste and color...) tea, fresh juices and a local drink in the form of thick juice or tea, I did not understand. I tried it- I was not impressed))) There is a child safety seat. And you can take the dishes and go to the next room, where there is a more private atmosphere, no smells of the kitchen and more comfortable chairs for ladies of a curvy build, which I am))))
The territory is not large, but very beautiful and well-groomed!!! Two swimming pools, one of which is on the roof (the photos turned out to be gratifying) The pools are clean. We went swimming by bus, literally 2.5 minutes from Kantari, a subsidiary hotel with its own beach and two pools, one of which has a Jacuzzi and is located on the shore!!!! 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 There is a hammock and a swing!!The territory is also very beautiful, who is not too lazy to walk cross-country, can go down to the sea on foot.
Who is lazy- in the funicular trailer!!!! Very convenient!!! There are always plenty of free sunbeds on the beach, free of charge.
Towels can also be taken and changed there.
The cafes have dishes for every budget - whole fish 350 baht, duck with cashews 250, rice 20, seafood a little more expensive.
In the Cantari there is, like, a library where
from 10.00 to 22.00 you can surf the Internet or browse magazines with coffee or tea and cookies of three varieties!!!! I want to say separately about the staff!!! Responsive, cute girls!!!

We rested in September 2024, just out of season with children, well, what can I say, yes the hotel is old, but it is cozy, the staff is polite, everything you ask, they help with everything, the rooms are excellent with a kitchen, daily cleaning, even there are rooms with washing machines))) a very cool concept with a 5* hotel, where it takes 2 minutes to get by tuk tuk and you get to a fabulous beach, with cool infrastructure, few people, sun beds for free, pools both on the beach and at the top with a steep panoramic view, nature is super, the sea is without waves, breakfasts are super on a solid 5, just rest surpassed All expectations, we will definitely return.

I'll briefly tell you how it was.
We arrived, quickly passed customs, passport control, received our luggage, and now we are already going to the cherished sign to show the transfer voucher. My wife and I were accommodated in a Toyota Hayes minibus, which rushed us to Kantary Bay.
We checked in at 13:30. Room number 117.
At first we didn't appreciate it, and then we appreciated it! 😀👍
This room, I'll tell you, has a full kitchen: microwave, kettle, hob, a normal, not a tiny refrigerator, washing machine, all the necessary utensils, sink. There is TV, but there are no Russian channels at all, a music center, an alarm clock, a bathtub in the bathroom and a separate shower cabin. The bedroom has an awesome sized bed! Well, it is clear that there is a balcony, there is something else on the balcony.
Yes, I immediately suggest a trick: we always carry glasses with us and they always lived in the freezer, local large glasses were sent to live there (it's always nice to pour beer into a chilled glass!).
Two pools. One is on the roof, the other is behind the reception desk. We used the one on the roof, a kind of relax pool, there are no kids and no noise, again, the view from there is to the sea and islands and there is a hydromassage.
The breakfasts are not bad, everything is quite edible.
The cleaning is so quick, but the bed linen and towels were changed every day (but tourists from Russia present this hotel as a three-star hotel!).
Lunch and dinner were bought either at 7/11 (seven eleven), or from makashnits they occupy a quarter of the embankment street in the evening. Just immediately warn little spicy, or no spicy, otherwise there will be a fire in your mouth!)))
Who needs a beach - go to the reception desk and say Panva beach, and a shuttle bus will come for you immediately (this is a big word, just a Nissan Navara pickup truck, sit in the back on a bench and in 4 minutes you are on the site of a friendly hotel, where the staff will tell you how to get to the beach and where to get towels (free). The beach was clean, the water was clear, there were no waves, there was a shower, there was a toilet, there was a bar, there were sun beds with mattresses.
Actually, everything is fine. For those who love silence, it's a thrill!
The best nearby exchanger at the store is 7elevens.
I recommend this hotel.

Our favorite hotel! We were in it 4 times and never regretted it, the silence and peace of the birds are singing, for the 4th time we were given an excursion to the coral islands and many souvenirs,my son and I came for the first time, he was 2.5 years old, everyone adored him there and then upon arrival everyone remembered us, in general, thanks to cantari bay, let's hope for an ambulance A meeting! When we arrived at this wonderful hotel for the 3rd time, we were immediately given free trips to the coral island for the day at the reception, upon arrival in the room there were gifts, a shaker, notebooks, a beach bag on the bed, we were just stunned, everything was so unexpected and pleasant!

Great hotel! Clean, green area, good breakfasts, tuk tuk constantly takes you to the sea, go 1 minute, or walk 10 minutes, but uphill. Upon check-in, we were given a room of a higher category, a bedroom and a living room, there is a kitchen, we did not cook, we ate at the sabai sabai cafe.

For the first time in 7 years of visiting Thailand, I faced such horror. I chose the hotel based on "excellent reviews", I chose it carefully and deliberately - 2 months before the trip. They were brought to the hotel at 18:00 local time, initially settled in the most squalid (previously written about it) building - the smell of mold in the rooms is like in the basement, in the corridors there is a terrible smell of food, like in an Uzbek dining room. The request to relocate was answered with approval. They moved to the building to the right of the pool, 4th floor, there are no complaints about the view, even at first I was happy and thanked the administrator with a tip. Just as I was getting ready to change clothes and take a shower, I noticed an awful lot of ants, initially thinking that this was solvable, I decided not to pay attention to it. But there's more to come. The air conditioner in the room was completely covered with mold, the wall in the bedroom too, there was an anthill under the carpet on the floor in one of the rooms, a black spider with white spots on its back also scared me, and I'm generally silent about a flock of mosquitoes. I couldn't move myself and take off my clothes, it was not pleasant to be in the room. I contacted the admin again, they said we'll solve everything, wait. OK, after 30 minutes they were invited back to the room, where the poor Thai woman was catching these ants with her hands on the floor.. I helped her as much as I could, nothing has changed.. Hungry and tired after a 12-hour drive, I went to the reception again with my things. I was offered to check into a room in the central building. The room, to put it mildly, requires repair, as does the entire room stock... A room with two rooms and a terrace * I check the room with the hostess - again ants, mosquitoes, the smell of mold, etc. They offer another one by analogy - one to one. I am horrified to realize that I will have to endure this hell, almost in tears I write to the tour operator, attach a photo, ask to replace the hotel, the answer is "Wait for the morning." I try to persuade myself to spend the night, it was morally difficult - I saw cockroaches, there were also moths, caterpillars, beetles in the room, it smelled disgusting, it was not comfortable to be around - when you have a herd of ants and other living creatures around you, it is impossible even to take off your clothes - someone immediately starts crawling on it. To the request "Your grid is torn on the window and mosquitoes are flying everywhere", They brought me a fly swatter.. Thank you.. For 106 tr . It's just a mockery. At 10 p.m., I remembered that I hadn't eaten anything and forgot about it under stress.. When I went outside, I realized how sparsely populated this place is, there is no one anywhere, 7 elevan is terrible, just a village, three people are resting at the hotel... At 8 o'clock there was not a soul in the territory. If there were, it was the Chinese and the Spaniards. And those 5 people. When I returned to the room, I saw all these animals again, mentally promised myself to hold out until the morning, just fell off my feet, sprayed with a repellent, persuaded myself to go to bed with a light...but when another cockroach ran along the wall, I realized that my strength was running out, I couldn't stay here. With tears of fatigue, I packed my things and came to the reception at 12 at night. The administrator and I tried to call a nearby hotel to get me a room for the night, but there were no rooms. And the owner of the hotel refused to provide me with a room in his network - there were no apologies at the cape panwa* hotel. My solution was to sleep in the lobby sitting on the couch. After all the hours of torment and travel, exhausted, I fell asleep sitting and slept for 5 hours at most. Did I get this kind of vacation? No!!!!! Don't be fooled by the reviews, it's good only for residents of the PRC, who drag food to the rooms and who are not at all embarrassed by cockroaches!!!! In the morning I decided to eat, I was not up to the sea, not to rest. The breakfast was also disgusting, even a Russian couple came over and shared their negative impression of the food. All this time, I've been desperately trying to resolve the relocation issue by sitting in the lobby and wasting my vacation days. At 14.00, the tour operator replied to me that one hotel was ready to accept me, but with an additional payment of 47 tr. And there were no alternatives. It was desperation. I had only dollars with me and no more than 450, which did not cover the amount of the surcharge and made up my entire stock of money. Honestly, I wanted to go home. I cried in the cafe near the hotel and wrote to all my friends asking for a transfer. This is the worst trip I've ever had. Miraculously, we collected the money, somehow transferred it from the card to baht (and this, I'm sorry, is out of the ordinary how difficult) and after an hour and a half the new hotel confirmed the reservation. I couldn't sleep for another day, looking around in horror from every spot on the wall, thinking that they were bugs. I was so stressed that I didn't eat for a day... I got into debt and my vacation cost me more than 150 tons instead of 106 tons. For 10 nights. I urge you not to believe the reviews about how everything is fine, the sanitation is complete. If you respect yourself, you will not live in such conditions! The staff is responsive, but he cannot solve the issue of hygiene and unsanitary conditions. The worst vacation of my life.

We lived in it for 10 days, the studio room is spacious, with a balcony, a bathroom, a shower, a kitchen, a large bed and a sofa, the territory is large, there are several more buildings on it, the beach is not next to the hotel, but on the other side of the peninsula, about 500m first uphill, then from the mountain, a small shuttle runs there every day based on the pickup, Panva beach is good, but you can swim strictly according to the schedule at high tide, the breakfasts are varied, the staff is friendly, one of the rooftop pools is just a fire!

A great hotel if you want a relaxing holiday. Suitable for families with children. There are many European pensioners. If you want to hang out, then go to another part of Phuket. For example, Bangla Road (Phuket's most notorious street) is a 40-50 minute drive away. There is a beach at the neighboring hotel, where the shuttle goes. But it didn't bother at all, because he travels very often and you can ask the reception to call him. There are 2 pools, one of them on the roof. There is also a swimming pool in the very next hotel right next to the beach. This is convenient for those who do not want to swim in the sea because of jellyfish and waves. The breakfasts are good, but there is not enough cottage cheese, porridge, something for children in short. The staff is super friendly, they are the ones who create the atmosphere of this hotel.
We had a room with a living room (kitchen), a bedroom, a balcony and a washing machine (a washing machine is about the best thing that can be on vacation)
There is a lot of greenery, as if you live in a jungle. And it is convenient that the airport is 50 minutes away by car.

I was with my husband for a week in early April. I liked: friendly attitude (we settled earlier, extended our stay up to 18 hours on the day of departure, without additional payment), a beautiful very green area, many cozy corners - for example, a "tea room" with books for exchange. The shuttle is free for guests - every 15 minutes it takes them through the slide to the beach of a 5* hotel of the same network, where you can use all the infrastructure - sun beds, umbrellas, towels are available. The beach and the area next to it are beautiful. Bathing is comfortable, except at low tide (we had low tide in the evening).
Breakfasts are average to my taste, but it's impossible to stay hungry. The first time came 15 minutes before the end, all items were available, even fruits :)
The hotel is not new, the rooms have recently undergone cosmetic repairs. Everything works. The air conditioner is quite noisy.
Our "luxury studio" had a kitchenette, which is convenient.

A quiet place. Far from the traffic and party places, you can only travel by transport, there is nothing in walking distance. There is no beach of its own, next to the road and the military port. There is an embankment and a roadway. The ebb is strongly felt here. The corals are all dead, gray. But the dampness is strongly felt, there is no way without a conditioner. Things don't dry at all. The room had its own kitchen and a washing machine. Comfortable. There was parking for a rented scooter. There was a tuk tuk from the hotel to the beach. There are no parties, only pennies, Germans, Americans.
