I'm shooting a star for one unpleasant incident that happened to us during our vacation: we bought tickets to the show from a travel agent, we agreed to transfer the money through the reception. We put them in an envelope, signed to whom and how many, and sealed them. They took it to the reception, asked to give the envelope to the travel agent. The next day, when the recipient opened the envelope, $100 was missing. That is, someone from the staff simply opened the envelope, took out the bill and appropriated it. In addition, the agent left a ticket for us at the reception. When we came to get the ticket, the staff pretended that there was no ticket.. It was good that there was a photo of the ticket, and we followed it to the show. They did not deal with the staff, because they would hardly have proved anything anyway.
