The worst hotel I've ever visited in my life is just like a dorm from the 90s. Anex tour mocks Russians. Negative assessment of Anex tour. Only Russians are settled there. There are no foreigners, and they would not have come here, and if they had, they would have sued the tour operator. Poor service. The hotel is old, the furniture is old, the beds and pillows are uncomfortable, the room has poor lighting, the toilet is combined with a shower and very bad, the toilet is in yellow trays. There is a net in the toilet, instead of a window, and the rooms overlook the road. It is not possible to sleep, the constant noise and stench of dust seeps into the rooms from the road. The towels are old, worn, with holes, the bed linen with holes, the blanket is dirty and rolled up in pellets. Sockets do not work in the room, contacts are broken, the TV does not work, there are no batteries in the remote control. They do not give drinking water, there is no kettle, there is no coffee. Lizards are running around the room. Everything is dirty, disgusting to the point of disgust. The door is shaking from the draft. Worse than the dorm, the building itself was built in the 1980s. The pool is bad. There is a sewage drain river nearby, garbage and dirt everywhere, unsanitary conditions. It's just not possible to eat breakfast - eating boiled cucumbers with rice is not tasty, and it also stinks. Nearby, in the dining room where tourists are fed breakfast, there is a drainage sewer river that flows into the sea, next to the beach. The beach on Kamala is bad, two drainage rivers of sewage waste flow into it. It smells like sewage everywhere. It's very crowded and disgusting. Anex tour is just a shame to them for bullying Russian tourists. This hotel should be removed from the listing altogether. Ruined the whole vacation. I came home with a headache, high blood pressure, and bitten by insects that bit me when I spent the night in a hotel room. It is very noisy from cars passing on the road. Dust and dirt, as well as exhaust gases, seep into rooms, through holes in the wall, in the toilet, behind the window place holes in the wall in the toilet. The refrigerator has not been washed for 20 years, the whole inside is yellow with dirt. I do not recommend visiting this hotel.

A nice beautiful hotel was vacationing with a family, we really liked it. I recommend it. Two pools and a hand-fed squirrel. Great hotel .5+
