We stayed at the hotel for a week (from March 8 to March 25). I liked everything.The room had a view of the city, it was small, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The room was cleaned daily, tea/coffee and small cups of water were renewed. Although the weather was cold outside, it was warm in the room. The windows open for ventilation. The breakfasts were good, not all inclusive like in Antalya hotels, but you can eat. The staff is also friendly. In general, the hotel has left positive impressions about itself.

It's a great hotel, the interior is clean, the rooms are different, we were in a very tiny and spacious one, everything is comfortable.

Near Sultan Ahmet Square, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, market, many cafes, I recommend dubb ethnic cafe

In general, there are no complaints about the hotel itself: the staff is attentive, clean, good breakfasts, cleaning and change of towels every day! Whenever I come to the sea, I choose a hotel so that I can definitely see the view... In this case, it was a mistake!... The hotel does have a sea view, but, firstly, there is a four-lane highway between the hotel and the sea, along which cars rush around the clock, it is not possible to sleep with the window open, it is very noisy, and the rooms are small, the room is stuffy, the air conditioner does not work, apparently they turn off for the non-hot season. In addition, it takes about fifteen minutes to walk from the hotel to the main attractions and very uphill!....

A great hotel within a 10-minute walk from all the sights of the old town. Everyone writes about poor sound insulation, maybe it is, but it didn't bother us in any way, even with a child. Helpful staff. The reception staff helped me install the my Dyson app, which is not available in Russia. The man gave his account from the Apple Store. It was incredibly pleasant!
When checking out, my sister left her purse in the room and didn't even notice it. We returned to the hotel for our suitcases and they returned it to us. Nothing was missing from the wallet. This indicates the service of the hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located - Sultanahmed Square is a 10-minute leisurely walk away, next to the shore of the Marmara Sea. There are no crowds of tourists, there are bus stops nearby.
The hotel itself is ordinary - a small room, a double bed 120 cm wide, poor sound insulation, noisy air conditioning, a standard weak hair dryer screwed to the wall, three power sockets per room, dirty pillows (but in good pillowcases). In 5 days, the shower cabin has never been washed, it is better not to look under the bed.
From the good: excellent hearty breakfasts with sea views, normal coffee, blackout curtains in the room, no dusty carpets, hot water in the shower.
The staff is friendly and attentive. There is an additional one.access to the side of the sights (you need to ask the porter, they will open), shortens the way, especially in the evening, when your legs are already falling off after walking through the hills))
I advise you to take a room with a sea view, the back side is not quieter than we thought

The hotel has a total of 4 rooms, a good view of the Marmara Sea, is located not far from the Blue Mosque, and the St. Sophia Cathedral, it was cool in the room in early March, the sound insulation in the room is completely absent from the word. The breakfasts are monotonous.

I considered it when booking, but I booked a nearby hotel. To the question "why?" - there is no buffet (a bit strange for a foursome), a large parking lot where visitors who come to walk along the embankment park (see the trouble with security), I have not received a response to preliminary booking requests. It's also a good, modern hotel with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus in the very historical center of Istanbul.

The hotel is great. I liked everything very much. The view and location are super. If you want a clean view of the Bosphorus, take this room, it is certainly more expensive, but worth it.

The hotel is located on the shore of the Marmara Sea.We stopped twice:in autumn and winter.We love it, we found it based on reviews once.Economy room:a bed with a comfortable mattress and pillows(5).Two bedside tables, a table with tea accessories (coffee and tea were replenished daily), a pouf, a small sofa-bedside table, a TV (there are no Russian channels), slippers (new every day).At the entrance there is a modest hanger and a small space for clothes, there are drawers, a mini-refrigerator, 2 bottles of water daily.The shower, gel and shampoo were replenished.The Wi-Fi in room 106 worked perfectly.On my first visit, Wi-Fi was only near the reception.Of course, we were pleased with such positive changes.The room had central air conditioning, it was very warm:We slept with the window open.There is one thing: the window looks out onto the street, where the second row of hotels is located, next to the Blue Mosque.The noise didn't bother us, we slept well.The hotel does not speak Russian.We are very grateful to the staff, they immediately fulfilled everything they asked for (even printed out boarding passes).Restaurant:panoramic Windows, beautiful views of the Marmara Sea, tablecloths and orchids on the tables.The breakfasts correspond to the interior:there is enough of everything and even more.We got together with tourists from Europe, nearby, in the parking lot of the hotel, a bus was waiting for them daily.I was amazed: they collected a huge amount of bread and other things, replenishing their handbags.5-7 minutes to the historical center, in the evening we walked along the embankment.We used to fly to Prague and admire the beauty!And now you have fallen in love with Istanbul!

The hotel overlooks the Marmara Sea. Sultanahmet Square is 7-10 minutes away. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, sat waiting for check-in for 5 hours (we were not the only ones). The staff doesn't care about it at all) It is clear that there are standards: check-out at 12, check-in at 14. They offered 50 euros for a quick check-in - nothing in response. Everyone walked past us for breakfast, but we were simply not offered tea/coffee.
With regard to the room: sound insulation 0, absolutely everything is heard, like someone sneezed, blew his nose, etc. + passing cars, but we read about it and were ready for it + the room was given right above the entrance to the hotel, where absolutely everything is naturally heard. The room is very stuffy.
The room is cleaned at 5 pm, which was not very convenient for us. The room is pretty well maintained.
There is a small Starbucks coffee shop with cakes
The breakfasts are good, they take place on the veranda with a gorgeous view

I really liked the hotel! The view from the restaurant to the sea, we watched dolphin games every morning, the breakfast is good, buffet, everything is clean, tidy, all the sights are nearby, it takes 10 minutes to walk, the rooms are large and spacious, there are rooms with sea views, but we did not get it. Right in front of the hotel there is an embankment on the sea, you can walk along it to the pier and take a ferry along the Bosphorus, the ticket price is 150 lira. We liked everything very much, we are delighted!

Of the cons: The check-in is terrible, we arrived at 6 a.m. and accordingly offered 50 euros to be checked in early, we were told that the room was not ready, wait. After us, five people from the Republic of China calmly used this option. The rooms are shabby, the audibility is terrible, especially in the toilet. Russian Russian is not for Russian tourists: no one speaks Russian even at the reception, there are no Russian channels on TV at all. Room service is also not the best: they may not bring shampoo, tea. The refrigerator was broken in the friends' room, when it was moved away, the layer of dust was unpleasantly surprised.. Wi-Fi was turned off for the whole day. It was uncomfortable for me to be left without a TV and Internet, the staff did not try to somehow solve or smooth out this situation. On the plus side: The location is good, the view from the restaurant is beautiful. Breakfast- you will not stay hungry, it is enough, but without refinement.

The hotel sells separate rooms with a view of the Marmara Sea. But besides the view, you get a very busy highway through the windows, where the noise of cars is around the clock. About the sound insulation in the hotel itself. What is happening from above, below and on the sides you will hear as if in your ear. I.e. someone coughs, turns on the water or kettle, consider that next to you. The service is terrible. Be prepared for the fact that your room simply will not be cleaned, and if you say so, they will just throw towels with water at you and it seems that it is necessary.
