We had a rest at the end of June 2024. They told us that it was still "off season", so there weren't many people. The hotel is located close to the border, half an hour's drive and we are settled. The room is clean, with good finishes, but old furniture. Especially the creepy big bed, you can forget about a night's rest, springs in the side. A TV with a small set of channels. The refrigerator and the air conditioner help out. Bathroom in the room, shower behind the curtain. Towels are changed every 3 days, and the bed is on the 6th day. The maid alone (Irina-the sun), helped and prompted in human communication - to wash the basin, where the drying ropes are, where the market is, take a hair dryer, t / b, cups, etc. Reminded her about towels and PBC, no problem. It's faster to clean yourself, the mop is downstairs, I used it often with the children. The device was turned on for mosquitoes at night, otherwise there was no way.
There are greenery and concrete on the territory of the hotel, you can relax, although there is not enough space, in the pools, at the bar and on the playground with a trampoline. From the roof lounge area there is a view of the green mountains, the sea and amazing sunsets. Free Wi-Fi. Power outages every other day for an hour or two throughout the village. In the evening, music at the bar. They took trout in the bar, it was delicious!
It is close to the sea, across the road and the railway road (along the boardwalk). There is a cafe on the beach and free Wi-Fi from it. The beach is pebbly, not wide. The sea is clear. If you look at the sea and go to the right, you will reach a mountain river, you can ford it, clean and cold. If you go to the left, there are White rocks, it's interesting. Along Oktyabrskaya Street, where the hotel stands, go from the hotel to the left, you will reach the old park. The village itself is small, you can't walk around, but excursions are offered everywhere, even from the hotel. The Ritsa Lake is great, to see the beauty of Abkhazia!
There are many canteens and cafes nearby for food, the most delicious food was "Uncle Vanya's", norms "Veranda" and "Olive Tree", fu in "Myrrh". By the way, it is convenient to take half a portion with you in the morning, everyone sleeps until 8. The average price tag is 1000rubles for a family lunch. Shops nearby - food, household, pharmacy, souvenirs, everything for the beach.

THE SEA IS REALLY 350.Shops, cafes, a market are within walking distance. There is a bar on site. There is a large frame pool. Disadvantages, well, they are small. The room needs chairs, a dryer, a kettle and glasses. It's a little far to stop.

We rested in July 2024 at the Calypso hotel, we never thought that economy meant one shower and one toilet for 3 rooms, that is, for 7 people. There is no elementary faucet in the shower, only a watering can, the door does not close, the lock is broken, there is no question of soap at all, one roll of paper in the toilet for 7 people for 2 days. There is no kettle or chair in the room, I am generally silent about the refrigerator, the old blinds do not move, the light switch is broken, the TV does not show, they asked the administrator several times to set it up, but every time some telemasters come and can not do anything, a closet with a broken door. We had breakfast and dinner included in the accommodation, it takes 10 minutes to walk to the dining room, it is located on the territory of another hotel. There are dogs all around the beach, the beach area is not cleaned, garbage and driftwood are all around, there was no shower on the beach, a changing cabin if this structure can be called a cabin, or rather a screen for one person. The exit from the beach is solid sand, no sidewalks, sun beds cost 400 rubles for 3 hours, there is nowhere to go, there is no entertainment at all, we did not know what to do with ourselves, we have already seen everything, I also want to say about minibuses: we sat down at the checkpoint on a minibus, the driver is grandfather, explained to him where to us we need to get there, he nodded his head, drove us to the center of the village and dropped us off, said there ask someone how to get there. No taxi driver knows where this address is or where this hotel is. And we dragged our suitcase through the heat for half an hour to the right hotel, arrived earlier for 2 hours, we had to pay 600 rubles for two more so that we could be settled earlier, they also asked us for a deposit of 3000 rubles for some reason, I don't understand why, because we had the payment made in full and in advance. So somehow, draw conclusions, friends, tell them how to settle in this particular hotel

The beach is clean. A sunbed with an umbrella 250 rubles. There are few people, it is comfortable.
