It was 04/10.25. we were assured that the cuisine was at the highest level, we had a scallop made to order, guys, I'm sorry, but I don't recommend it to you, this is the first moment, we ordered fish in batter, it's trash, fish in batter with bones. But most importantly, they brought us shrimp in batter. The cook does not understand how to cook properly. I don't recommend it.

Positive reviews generally come from nowhere, apparently from those who do not eat Vietnamese cuisine at all. The place is disgusting, the waitress, it feels like she was under a degree, the interior is canteen, the food is expensive and nothing. Fukuoka has many excellent establishments with local food and more, but Kalinka is not one of them, alas.

A good place, definitely worth a visit, prices are slightly above average, but the food is delicious, the menu is varied, closer to Russian.
We took oysters, crabs to order, liked it. Everything is fresh!
(About the night market, yes, of course seafood is cheaper there, but they definitely don't smell fresh, but here at your own risk)
Someone wrote a bad review about dumplings, for my taste, very tasty, hand-made, similar to homemade.
