We had a rest from 28.03-07.04.2025. This hotel is beyond praise! Everything is so good that you can't get to the bottom of it))). The 3-star service is top notch!
I will not repeat the previous reviews, but I will note what may still be useful to tourists.
Meal. Very tasty and varied for 3 stars, there was enough of everything. 2 types of rice (super), fried noodles, sausages, ham, fried eggs, omelet, chicken with gravy (alternating 3-4 cooking methods), steamed vegetables, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, herbs, cabbage, pastries (with the softest and tastiest white filling), 3 types of fruits alternate, butter, jams, white bread, milk, delicious juices of 2 types (not yuppies!), "dry food", coffee, tea.
There is a water pump to the left of the hotel (but we had enough water).
There are makeshift tables near Patong Beach, and there is a Thai man who calls out to the Russians: "Hi, bro!" Only he agreed to cook us fresh catfish (180 rubles/piece), so we dined with him regularly. It is also very tasty and inexpensive Tom Yam (unlike the one that was taken to a cafe near Kalim beach on day 1). Rice is now not included in the package for everyone.
In the evening, we sometimes took kebabs from the countertops. There's a guy there who sells cheaper than others. There's usually a queue for him.
Fruit. We bought every day near Kalim beach. Mango in April is the most delicious thing I've eaten there).
Beach. Kalim in the morning, Patong beach in the afternoon. Kalim's water is clearer and there are fewer people. Go to the left of the cliff, to the right of the coral. Take the mask with you.
Excursions. I found the guide's contacts with my agent. They took Phangu, Phi Phi, Sharp.J.Bond. Considering that we saw a lot of things, only Phanga was impressed. Do not buy dried fish, especially from sea gypsies, it is sweet and tasteless!
We went to erot with my husband. the show (real only in Wake Up). We laughed heartily.)) Bangla is "pushing a fake." You need to buy from a guide, as access from the street is 2.5 times more expensive.
We went to Phuket Town, but we didn't like it. Free sightseeing bus "about nothing". Don't waste your time!
Massage. To the left of the hotel, the massage turned out to be better than near the beach and next to Bangla Road. I noticed that they do it for an hour near the hotel, and in other places for 40 minutes, and it's useless to argue!
Smokers. There is a smoking room next to the pool. People gather there to share useful information.
We were satisfied with the rest and especially with the hotel. We will definitely come back!

We are staying at the hotel now. Everything is fine
. The restaurant has no takeaways, but everything is prepared with a soul. Wiping forks and knives with napkins was not necessary. Cozy and clean! Room cleaning, linen change - everything is on the level! I was surprised by the lack of kids. The beginning of Patong beach with picturesque remnants of rocks is love at first sight!!! My wife and I are 60-56, the journey takes 15 minutes slowly. We flew from Yekaterinburg with Aeroflot. Everything is clear!The books are on top! Special respect to the hotel guide Daria!!! Everything is on point and knowledgably))) There is still a week of tropical bliss ahead))), and another excursion on a large catamaran. Cozy, calm atmosphere and friendly staff at the KALIM RESORT hotel. It is located on the north side of Patong. Convenient location, short distance to the sea. It's difficult to cross the road, the constant traffic is all over the island. There is a small selection for breakfast in the morning, but throughout the holiday the menu was monotonous, although I always remained full. In general, I recommend this hotel, a good budget option with many advantages.

Great hotel!!! We lived here for 12 days! They are cleaned every day! The reception staff is always there to help!!! We made a nice compliment to a friend on her birthday (baked a cake) 🎂 The location is a little far from the parties, but it's a quiet area to sleep in. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to Patong Beach. If time flies by with a beer, I recommend it!!!

The rooms are large and spacious.

The mattress and linens are decent, and there are a couple more pillows in the closet.
The balcony is full-width, but the depth is small, you can't really sit.
There is a clothes dryer, but it is not big

It's a bit monotonous, but it's acceptable. The dining room is not large, and there may not be room for 5-10 minutes or more during rush hour. The breakfasts are on coupons, very archaic.
Summary: excellent top three. It is conveniently located, at the same time there is no noise. We are all different and with different levels of requests. I was satisfied and can recommend this hotel.

I liked the hotel itself, although the furniture is already too old in the room, but we took an improved one, we had our own balcony where we could sit and dry our clothes in the evening. I was pleased with the pool , the size is not small, the water is always clean. There is an elevator, the room was cleaned every day, two bottles of water, tea and coffee were brought, there is a kettle, a safe, a hairdryer, towels in the room, you can also take a towel to the beach under the painting. There is a buffet breakfast from 6 am to 10.30 am, but there are not very many dishes, but you can choose, delicious pastries.It's not far to go to the sea, the only thing is to cross the road, traffic is heavy there, almost no one stops at the pedestrian crossing, but there are no sun loungers on the nearby beach, there are a lot of stones, you can walk a little further for 10 minutes, but again along the road, there is already sand, the beach is fully equipped, a sun lounger costs 200 baht for 2 places where you can't smoke on the beach itself, you have to go to the top where there are small kiosks, so to speak, where they sell beer, water and so on, everyone smokes there. The hotel is fined for everything, broken glasses, food in the room, taking out bottled water! Yes, yes, be careful, the rules state that bottled water that is placed in your room must not be taken outside the hotel!!! In addition, if you leave water in the bottle, it will be changed until you finish it. It takes 15 minutes to walk slowly to the sea. There are massage parlors near the hotel, we do not recommend it – according to the reviews of other tourists who rested with us and had a massage there. In general, the hotel is not bad, but I was haunted by the feeling that we were constantly being watched, and only waiting for violations to issue a fine. I recommend this hotel, but I lower the star for fines, nevertheless, some risks should be included in the price of the package and not overshadow the tourists' rest upon departure.

Balconies are available only in deluxe rooms. A room with two beds, with a separate shower and a bathtub. There is a safe, hairdryer, kettle, TV, air conditioning. (See photo) We did not use Kalim beach, since it is with stones, and is located right by the road, we went to Patong beach, it is about 800 meters, it is not convenient to walk, since we walked along the roadway, and in places we had to go out onto the road itself due to the lack of a sidewalk, and parked cars and bikes, traffic on the road active. The location was the only disadvantage of the hotel for us. There is nowhere to go around the hotel, there are only makashnits along the road.(see photo) We went to the massage parlor right next to the hotel, liked it, did Oil massage, 250 baht foot massage 60 min, 300 baht full body massage 60 min. We went from Pegasus guide was Lyra, I didn't like it at all, a fake smile, but in fact it won't help with more than one question, her task is only to sell excursions on the first day, while she is in a hurry with the choice, and when asked if it is possible to think about buying another day, she says that only today, then we are more I won't see you again, although she was watched at the hotel almost every morning during the whole vacation as she sells excursions to newly arriving people. We do not recommend taking it, almost the entire bus was of the same opinion, which is a pity for the time and money spent. They were taken to commercial places with which they had an agreement and offered to buy their products, dietary supplements, creams, tinctures. It includes: The Royal Pharmacy, the snake farm, the shark farm, in all three they talk about their products and offer to purchase them. Moreover, you can sign up to go to all these places for free from the tour operator. On the same tour, they also take you to duty free to buy something, and also to the aquarium, which turned out to be just a shopping center with a small, very modest aquarium, in our city the aquarium is much better than this one. Of the entire tour, only one location was a tourist one, it was a Buddhist temple, everything else was wasted time and money. As they say, the taste and color... it's up to you, this is our opinion)) In general, we are happy with our vacation in Thailand, and with the hotel too. We stay at the hotel for a week, there is one more) have a great rest, as the place is quiet and remote from the noisy Patong! The staff is responsive and speaks English. Excellent hotel in a quiet area, 5 minutes walk to Kalim beach, 15 minutes to Patong.
There is a swimming pool with clean water on site. The hotel staff is nice and friendly. Nice hotel. The service is at a high level. Breakfasts - about 8 dishes, fruits, cereals- you will not stay hungry. The main advantage of the hotel is the silence at night. The main disadvantage is the relative distance from Patong (but the beginning of Patong is very clean and transparent water). In the evening, there is nothing to do on Kalima, to go to Bangla for 3 kilometers, to get 300 baht by tuk (if you do not bargain). There are only makashnits in the hotel area (there are a lot of them and the locals mostly eat here), and a couple of 7/11 (one of them is at makashnits without alcohol). The hotel staff works at 5. An ideal place for family people who love relaxation and silence.

We rested with friends from 03/19/24 for 10 nights, a quiet hotel, we were satisfied with the choice. We didn't meet any roosters, someone wrote. As I read earlier and it turned out - they clean well, it's nice to be there, the pool is also clean, the staff is polite.
Kalim beach is nearby - we did not swim, the approach is not very good and if you look at the sea, then on the left side, where the cafe has some kind of drain. We went to Patong (also not always clean) and went to other beaches.
We ate in a cafe, we didn't risk it in makashnits, you can still have a snack at seven, there is both non-alcoholic and where there is alcohol nearby. The taxi was used if you need to go somewhere, for example, along the beaches, the prices are normal and the taxi itself does not fail.
The cat walks on the territory, mainly where the entrance to the reception, it was a pity, sometimes they fed him, gave him water, the first time they poured it, he could not tear himself away for a long time, then they saw that the staff began to help him (his condition was very bad, with eye problems, extremely skinny, very sorry), I hope that the staff and kind tourists will also help him further.

We rented a room with a view of the pool, the room is spacious enough with wooden furniture repeatedly re-varnished, the bathroom is also renovated, communications are working properly, water from the hot tap goes through the direct current and is not hot enough, the room has a refrigerator, safe, umbrella, lighting and hangers in the closet, good Wi-Fi, a kettle, two bottles of water daily, tea and coffee, sugar, there is a small gym with a set of dumbbells, an exercise bike, a treadmill. There are no slippers, toothbrushes, bathrobes in the rooms. Great hotel. The style is a bit conservative, but everything is in excellent condition. The rooms are large, the linen is snow-white (it is difficult to eat in the bed just because of this, all traces are noticeable).
Large bathrooms, nice closets, lots of hangers. The iron and ironing board are brought in three minutes, the iron is very competent.
Breakfast is a buffet, 8 main dishes (rice, rice with vegetables (different), omelette, scrambled eggs, stew (spicy, careful), sausages, bacon slices). There is a separate table with greenery, fruits, muesli, three juices, milk, bread and all sorts of small things.
My wife and I really liked it. Kalim Beach is 70 meters away. It takes about six to ten minutes to walk to Patong along the road with traffic, you already need to be careful.
There are a lot of makashnits on Kalima in the evening, there will be food.

You need to walk 500 meters or more to a more or less beach.
