Another vacation with a Cactus Tour! And as always, everything is perfect! Professionalism, individual approach, friendliness and care, understanding and responsiveness of a super specialist in her field - Veronica! This time we picked up a tour for April to Egypt, Sharm el Sheikh, Seti Sharm Hotel. Great time for the weather, sea temperature! The hotel is wonderful, the territory is well-groomed and green, the beach is sandy on the first line, and there are areas with corals where you can see fish. The food is varied and there are sausages and meat for every taste, lots of products, many bars, there is a 24-hour service. There are plenty of sun loungers on the beach, there is animation for both adults and children. The staff is great. The location is perfect, the old town is across the street, and the bay is windless. We would like to thank our CactusTur and Veronica for their prompt work, valuable advice and help in choosing a tour. You are beyond competition in your beauty, humanity, professionalism and prices! The program of the trip to Vilnius for the weekend is clearly thought out - the main retail outlets, an excursion, free time. I liked the flexible approach to tourists who did not want to go shopping, were dropped off at a convenient place in the city and picked up later, the guide is in touch. I was especially pleased with the tour of the old town with the wonderful Natalia, I managed to see a well-known city in a different way. Lucky to have the Grata Hotel, spacious clean rooms and an amazing breakfast. There was a nuance when passing through customs, but there is no direct fault of the organizers in the delay of the bus, + 1 to experience. Thanks for the Cactus Tour program, I still have a desire to ride with you.

We returned from shopping in Bialystok this morning.Considering all the difficulties of passing the border, it took 12 hours on the way there (but this is normal.)But we enjoyed the trip, the competent head Lyudmila Pavlovna did everything to ensure that everyone was satisfied.The tour program was slightly reversed and everything was fine.Special thanks to the drivers for a safe trip and help with loading and unloading things.On the way back, we passed the border in one breath, och.quickly, at 9 a.m. we were in Minsk.Everyone was satisfied with the trip!We continue to travel further with ,,Cactus Tour"You are the best!!!

We had a family vacation 01.06-12.06.2021 on Veronica's advice in Sharm El Sheikh at the Albatros Palace hotel. The Hotel Is A Bomb!!! There are 7 restaurants on site. A large number of pools, a water park for children, slides, a SPA with massage and a gym. Sandy beach. Sun loungers and sofas on the beach. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are cleaned every day. The food is varied. Scuba diving, parachuting. Entertainment program every day from morning to evening. Live music in the evenings at the open-air bar. Thank you so much for the cactus tour!!!!!

I would like to celebrate my trip to Vilnius. The head is Tatiana. Everything went fine. The border was passed quickly. The tour is good. We managed to do a lot. I recommend. The only thing I would like is a break between the market and the tour. Because after a sleepless night it's a little hard. And so everything is according to the stated program. Mercedes KA 4040-7 - bus from Hell!
The ventilation system is not working, the air conditioner is not working either. The stove is constantly warming at +18 overboard! At the same time, it's a blatant lie that the stove is turned off.
The driver, Yuri, is aggressive and conflicted, drives in such a way that I got the impression that I bought a tour to the next world. Accelerates in front of circular traffic and makes incomprehensible pirouettes on a bus with passengers in the number of 40 people!!
Constantly rude, forgot to close the back door. When the man tried to close the door on his own, he replied, "If you touch the door again, I'll break your arm," and other phrases in the same spirit.
At the border, when the driver was not in place, his wife got behind the wheel and drove the bus.
If you are going to use the services of this company, I advise you to specify the bus and the name of the driver.

We went on a Shopping tour on 18.11 with Lyudmila accompanying us!!! After leaving Vilnius at 17.00, we drove back to Minsk a little bit.There is no organization, because there are a lot of people from different cities on the bus, no one cared about whether a minibus was booked for the last flight, and that upon arrival in Minsk, I don't really want to spend the night in the waiting room, waiting until 7.00 for the morning flight, minibuses, when in principle It was possible to organize everything and leave earlier, as it was organized by OTHER travel agencies, taking care of their tourists (and someone sleeps in bed at home, and someone is forced to sleep in the waiting room). In principle, we passed the border quickly, but we arrived in Minsk only at 00.30.

I heard a lot of good things about this company when I went to Poland - the company was considered one of the leading companies in this area. However, I personally did not have a good relationship with her. I wanted to go to St. Petersburg with her, I liked the program, we wrote off on Viber, agreed that we would call her, as I wanted to clarify something. The representative wrote for several days that she was busy right now, but she would definitely call back tomorrow. In the end, she just disappeared.
