Dear management of this store, we kindly ask you to teach your sellers customer orientation and customer service. Every time I enter your store, the sellers are talking to each other, no one will say hello or pay attention to the customer at all. They answer questions as if they are being distracted from the most important things, while they are busy with the routine of the store. The feeling after visiting your store is not pleasant.

The food was bought on the advice of the seller, vitamins too, only on the advice of the seller, and as a result the bird died, because it became ill?!! Because a bird was sold to us, whose state of health already raised many questions. But the most amazing thing is the behavior of the director of this store, who decided that this was normal, and that he didn't "care" at all that someone died there. The director of this store is not going to solve the issue. Apparently, this is normal for him. That's what we were given to understand. We recommended buying fish, and they turned out to be slaughtered for our barbuses. Now we are watching them slowly and painfully die. Telescope fish have their fins torn apart, they bite behind their eyes, and we catch guppies only with skeletons. "They'll get along well with the barbuses," said the tall sales girl.
