Excellent viewing platform, interesting photos were taken "on the throne". We stopped by Glyfada Beach on the way. And we went to Gifada twice, because my daughter really liked being photographed there in the setting sun :) and it's not bad to swim there. But I would like to choose Glyfada as a vacation destination - probably not, it's not the best place for numerous trips around the island, but if you don't go anywhere, then you liked Paleo Island more.
The Kaiser's Throne is located near the village of Pelekas. The "throne" is not difficult to find, since there are signs near almost every house. Kaiser's Throne is located on the top of Pelekas Hill, so a magnificent view of the entire island is provided from the observation deck. Well, if not for the whole island, then for a part of the southwest coast for sure...
This is a very interesting observation deck with a history (created by the last emperor of Germany). You can see the island in all directions, and the mainland. You can use the pillory for free. I recommend it to all travelers in Corfu.
