The hotel is nice. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation here. The food is good, there are water slides in the pool-this is a plus for children. They work, by the way, according to the regime. The location of the hotel is very convenient for those who like to walk outside the hotel. The famous Cleopatra Beach is nearby, and you can walk along it in the evening. There are funiculars nearby-if you wish, you can climb the fortress and take a walk there. There is a bazaar nearby. Anyway, there are a lot of places to go out and take a walk. Everywhere you go, there is something to see. The only negative thing about staying at the hotel was the location of our room. He was on the second floor and the view from the balcony was on the roof of the restaurant, where cats came to defecate. Naturally, sometimes the ambergris reached us if we went out on the balcony at the wrong time. But it's worth noting that everyone is trying to clean it up. We didn't change the room, because we only went there to sleep!

Great location! Near Cleopatra beach, a lift to the fortress, a museum, many cafes. There are places to walk, small parks. The views are amazing from the beach to the fortress, the sea, the mountains and the beach. Sun beds, like from the hotel, but still for a fee. Food for 5, different drinks, beer, wine of several varieties, bar, coffee machines. We didn't go to the spa at the hotel, all services are for a fee only. There is no parking, we managed to manage to take a place in the alley next to it. Otherwise, you need to look for a place for a car on the next street. Victoria, a girl from Minsk, works at the reception from 10 a.m. She helped us a lot with the extension, they issued it at the old price. There is a swimming pool with two slides, and Germans drink and smoke near it all day. There are rooms with different categories and views. Cleaned daily, water and shampoos are added. The service is good.

The hotel is still good, but the food seems to have become a little smaller, but overall a good hotel. Everything is delicious, the food selection is great, there is always something to choose from. The rooms have been renovated. We upgraded the category of one of our rooms for free.
We had a vacation back in 2022. Of all the city's 4, this is one of the best options for comfort, food, and location. Everything is great. The relations between the guests who came from different countries are very adequate. People have come to rest, which they are doing.
At the end of June, we fly back to our favorite hotel. I'll add a review))

We had a rest with my husband here, I really liked it. I was especially impressed with the food, I liked all the food, everything was very tasty (I have something to compare it with in Turkey more than once). The rooms are clean and modern. I just rested and nothing bothered me. If you want to relax in cleanliness, eat delicious food and walk a few steps to the sea . That 's the very thing . And in the evening you can walk around the market, it's right next to there. And there are mountains nearby , all the best at once .
One of the disadvantages is that there are paid sun beds and deck chairs on the beach of this hotel, so it's better to take them with you from home. Because paying every day is not a cheap pleasure .

I really liked the location - the very heart of Alanya and the food, of course, compared to other Turkish hotels, is very high-quality and delicious, apparently they try for the Germans, mostly Germans rest there.
The pool area is very cramped, and everyone smokes, so we didn't hang out there, we went to the sea, it's right under our noses. The playground is cool for children, too, by the hotel, there are a lot of kids there in the evening.

Excellent hotel in the city of Alanya. The hotel is urban! This is not a place for a "squash vacation". It's more like a place to soak up the sea in the morning and then take a walk around the city in the afternoon, visiting numerous coffee shops and catering establishments.) The food at the hotel is generally quite good. But there is a problem with food for the child, unfortunately it will not work to feed something neutral. Only French fries, to help you, and others, and even Bulgarians. The rest of the food is quite spicy with a bright "Turkish flavor".

But everything is cozy, well renovated. The most wonderful thing is that everything is close, Cleopatra beach is a stone's throw away, shops, port, bazaar, museum are nearby. The staff is friendly. A good hotel in a good location. Modern, recently renovated rooms with a competent layout. Excellent individual air conditioners (split systems). Quiet and efficient with the ability to fine tune. Good beds, mattresses, bed linen and towels. Bright lighting in the rooms (which is rare for Turkey). Good elevators. Excellent cuisine for a 4* hotel. Some rooms have views of the sea and the fortress. Very close to Cleopatra beach, cable car, cave. The main contingent is Germans. And they carefully choose the price/quality criterion. Cats and birds drink from the pool - so the cleaning system and filters are modern. Of the minuses: a small area surrounded by houses. No beach towels! Bedspreads (they are blankets) made of synthetics. On the website of the Island, the photos of the hotel are old. In fact, the buildings and rooms have already been renovated in a modern style.

We had a rest at the hotel in October. I liked the hotel, the rooms are clean and cozy. There was a hairdryer in the room. The staff is polite. The food was very tasty. Special thanks to the pastry chefs for the cakes and rose petal jam. The sea is very close. I want to come back here again.
For some reason, it is difficult to find this hotel in the search engines of tour operators.

The overall impression of the hotel is that it corresponds more to 3* rather than 4*. During the stay, many questions arose about the concept, it is quite peculiar. For example, bottled water is given only once upon arrival, this is one bottle of 1.5 liters and two of 0.5 liters each.

Vacationed with my wife and child in October 2023. We liked the hotel. The location of the hotel is very good, you crossed the road and you're at the sea. On the territory of the hotel were only for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Therefore, I can't tell you about the pool and the rest. We stayed in room 3052, this is the far building. The room is relatively newly renovated, cozy, had 2 beds, one double and one single. The room is cleaned daily, towels are changed every day. The staff is quite polite, courteous. Lunches and dinners were somewhat inconvenient in time, I would have moved an hour or two ahead. If we are in Alanya, we will definitely come back here.

Great hotel, delicious food, cozy new rooms after renovation.
Upon check-in, I came across a room with a broken air conditioner.
The reception changed the room to a little more, as it was necessary to be on the same floor with friends.
Very nice workers. They communicate in a mixture of German and English. they will always come to the rescue.
We had a vacation with children, and Turkey is a paradise for children from Russia. They simply adore children there, carry them in their arms and allow absolutely everything. The hotel staff simply adored our children. And of course it is very pleasant and comfortable

We had a rest in July 2023. The hotel is very cozy, freshly renovated, the rooms are good, we have a standard triple room, very spacious. The food is good and varied (meat, fish of several types), seafood on Tuesdays. The beach is within walking distance, the sea is warm, but "stormy", the bottom is sand and slabs (you have to be careful here, you can get hurt). Mostly Europeans are vacationing. Nearby there is a lift to the Alanya fortress, the Dalmatash cave, a picturesque embankment, many shops.

The pool is also not big, the deck chairs are occupied in the morning, the Germans put towels on them and leave, but this did not bother us, we swam in the sea. Of the advantages: located near Cleopatra beach, a bunch of cafes around, booked from Moscow by E-mail. They paid with cash upon check-in, gave the number they wanted.
Cons: there is NO sound insulation (door, walls, windows)! generally. The food (all inclusive) is the worst of all visits to Turkey. There is a feeling in the room that some of the furniture has been taken out, there is a place for a sofa / armchairs, but there are none... There was a large balcony overlooking the sea, but it was not comfortable to sit on plastic chairs.
I do not recommend it!
