The dining room on the 4th floor is a great place for those nostalgic for this format. A large selection of dishes, dishes are clean, whole, tables are clean. The prices are very low: a salad of really fresh vegetables and a cold salad (sparse) - 2-2.5 rubles, fish meatballs - 5 rubles and very tasty. Coffee is 3 rubles, but not very tasty.
It's a bit noisy, there's no beautiful view from the window, but as a dining room it's super.
NEW (opened on the 1st floor of the store only this spring), NOT BAD, BUT EXPENSIVE (see the price list in the photo). Because the same price for a small cappuccino from 5 rubles - about 150 rubles for Russian ones - is, in the Belarusian opinion, too much. And in the neighborhood you can find places no worse, and cheaper
Last weekend, my husband and I visited the new cafeteria on the first floor of the department store.I thought it would become one of the favorite establishments in Minsk, but... We ordered a cake, tea (in a teapot for 6 rubles) and coffee. I did not drink such tea even at school in the 80s of the last century. In a fairly large teapot at the bottom there was a fine substance -"tea", in an amount not commensurate with the amount of water. I can't even politely convey his taste. In the main department store of the country, I consider it simply indecent to serve (sell) such tea.
