I'll start the review by saying that the food here is really delicious, I've only been a tourist here for a couple of days, I haven't seen anything that the price-quality ratio of food is at a really decent level. The service is above all praise, the waiter is smiling and explained everything clearly and well. Inside, the place is a very cozy cafe. When I visited with my wife, I witnessed a family with children drawing something in coloring books (they have a separate table with drawings for children), then this family had a birthday party, just like in the movies, the bill was lowered, they brought out the cake to applause and shouts of "happy birthday", after which the institution also treated itself to a cake, it was very nice and pleasant to see such cordiality, which is so few nowadays. Even when it was time to pay, we had sweets attached to the receipt, God, it's such a small thing, but it's such a nice little thing, other cafes have a question for you, is it difficult?). Thank you to the establishment for a pleasant and most importantly delicious dinner, and for the mood for the rest of the day, I definitely advise everyone to visit!)

The most popular dishes have certainly been tasted by everyone who has visited Apsny at least once. But there are still many dishes that are less popular with tourists and undeservedly remain little tasted. Not every catering establishment offers all the variety of Abkhazian cuisine. But, there is one interesting place in Sukhum where you can try quite a few dishes of national Abkhazian cuisine that are unusual for an ordinary tourist - this is the cafe "At the Council of Ministers". Its name exactly corresponds to its location: if you stand facing the building of the Council of Ministers, which is on Freedom Square, then this cafe will be located on the left side under the shade of trees. They cook amazingly, the most delicious lamb that I tried in Abkhazia, fresh cold Ayran and eggplant rolls, insanely delicious, I recommend it.

We came here by chance while driving by and were simply delighted with the taste of the dishes and the friendly staff! I don't even have the words to describe the feeling! We tried smoked beef, lula, a frying pan with chicken and vegetables, and dumplings with cheese. My fastidious children ate everything too. And desserts are so awesome! The most tender, delicious. It was a pleasure to receive an extra piece of cake as a birthday present. Thank you to all the staff for such a magical end to my day. I highly recommend it to everyone
