The menu is good enough to take a short break or if you want to have a decent quality food with not much spendings.
The service and the table cleanliness is under consern - spots on the placemats. The restaurant was half empty, but the waitress didn't look to welcome new guests and prepare the table in full until I called her and asked to do that.
Apparently the company is looking for Restaurant Manager. Whoever will come should definitely take care of the service standards and put them in.
Another point is that there is only 1 single bathroom for all guests while the capacity of the restaurant is more than 20 people. This is a strange proportion - strategically wrong, because any potential students pizza pre-ordered party, as an example, may reject the place place for this uncomfortable situation. To increase restaurant revenue this needs to be reworked.
Under correct management the place could have a better rating.

I go to this place several times a month for lunch, very convenient location. The food is generally normal for fast food, they cook quickly, very tasty coffee, but there is one fat minus - there are always some problems with the service. Right every time- they forget to bring part of the order, they have to be reminded, and more than once, they confuse dishes and drinks, they do not bring what was ordered, sometimes there is a shortage of appliances- i.e. there is nothing to interfere with tea with sugar, they sigh at the request to bring appliances and do not bring. I hope that it's all about the inexperience of the employees and the situation will get better over time.

Одно из самых милых и прекрасных мест
Готовят быстро и вкусно, особенно напитки
Персонал очень хороший, добрый и любезный, не грубят и если что-то непонятно то объясняют
Само по себе место приятное, есть уборная и общая раковина
Готовят еду и напитки из свежих продуктов
Я помню сделал немного большеватый заказ, и они приготовили это всё за 15 минут
Место чистое, на счёт гигиены всё отлично 👍

Расположение конечно хорошее для них, но не очень удобное для клиентов. Парковочных мест не много, максимум на 3-4 машины. Меню очень хорошее, твердая четверка с плюсом , среди сетей быстрого питания. Но это сугубо личное мнение. Кстати , у них сейчас -50% скидка на пиццы. Но, не на трипл бокс. На них нет скидок.

Очень хорошее заведение. Еда вкусная, время ожидания тоже быстрое сопровождается с приятной музыкой, интерьер красивый и освещение соответствует, обслуживание тоже не плохо. Отличное место для поседелок с приятной компании.

Так начну с того что я там работал и помню как было раньше как так вне рабочее время тоже проводил время там, так как было очень уютно и комфортно, можно было посидеть с друзьями, с девушкой и даже не стыдно было привести туда родителей, так как обслуживание и атмосфера там была на уровне Кофейни, но на данный момент это стал как типичный фастфуд с обслуживающим персоналом, еда сильно начала уступать по качеству другим заведениям которым она никогда не уступала, атмосфера стала как в бюджетных забегаловках, напитки потеряли свой истинный вкус, какие они были раньше... Соответственно контингент гостей стал очень шумный и не приятный

Ужасного качества картонные держатели для стаканчиков, сам по себе порвался во время того как я только вышел с заведения. Когда вернулся в заведение работник на баре в грубой форме сказал что менеджера нету и он вышел в банк, в итоге отказались возместить ущерб, хотя по моему на них лежит вина за то что заказывают некачественные держатели стаканчиков.

Один из лучших сервисов еды в Ташкенте.
Пицайоло - огонь, тесто для пиццы правильное, начинки не мокрые, сыр тянется.
Интерьер НА ПЯТËРКУ. Кофе на 4+.
Персонал отзывчивый, услужливый.
Всем советую, в т.ч. с детьми.
