The cafe is open only by pre-order of the banquet. We were celebrating a wedding. The hostess of the establishment did everything possible to spoil this wedding.
The food is not delicious, it was scary to eat (everything is cherished and looks spoiled). Fried cheese was discussed - a dough with a cheese flavor was brought out. Barbecue from the oven and from terrible meat. A cradle is a stretched cutlet on a skewer and also in the oven. And you can still say a lot of terrible things in the kitchen.
Our requests to clean the hall normally were ignored.
The chairs are all broken, several guests even fell.
We paid for the presidium with a path for meeting the young, so in the middle of the wedding, the hostess came up to us and forced us to clean it (it's just hard for them)
We ordered dishes for a certain number of guests, but three more arrived (we joined on the road). They asked to deliver the plates, so the hostess was indignant and argued with the bride, and yelled at her mother-in-law in general. For the fact that we still took out 3 plates, we were paid 8000 rubles. So also the hostess constantly went out into the hall shouting something when the presenter spoke. She SAT DOWN AT THE TABLE WITH THE GUESTS and began to convince the grandmothers that everything was delicious, constantly approached the guests.
Alcohol before the banquet forced the young people to put themselves on the tables, so she was also outraged that they were not doing it correctly (the label is in the other direction (She constantly said that she had a higher education as a waiter))
The dishes are all dirty, there is no service, they ran around carrying drinks themselves, they gave an old worn-out knife and a broken spatula without a handle for the cake.
The hostess constantly ran and clashed with everyone and the bride, too. Sitting at the table, she announced to the whole hall that her grandmother could collect all the remaining dishes from her handouts, they would not do this (although it was stipulated)
No napkins, dirty pepper shakers without lids and everything like that.
As a result, we paid about 70,000rubles for 24 people and this is without alcohol, because she does not have a license, but you will also pay her for carrying your alcohol.
The most terrible institution, all the guests are hungry and shocked by rudeness.
We are writing a review in the hope that we will help someone not to feel ashamed in front of guests at the table at their banquet.
It is better to choose any other institution. In Donetsk, for such money, you can take a wonderful restaurant with excellent service and cuisine.
