A moderate difference between hype and reality. If you see a huge queue, then you definitely shouldn't stand in it - it's cramped inside, it will be inconvenient to take pictures, desserts are the most common, coffee is the same. But if you find yourself in Vienna during the non-tourist season, then go in early in the morning, take pictures of beauty, buy gifts and drink hot chocolate with pancakes at the window - that's it.

Luxurious interiors with a history, but the pastry shop is not a tower, at best 5 with a minus. The story is too hyped, like the Vienna Opera. 😅
