This place impressed me the most in Abkhazia. The beauty that is impossible to convey in photos and videos.
The Bzyb Cafe is located in a 14-storey building of the boarding house of the same name.
The entrance to the boarding house is free, for this we take the elevator to the 14th floor and then up the stairs to the roof, where the cafe "Bzyb" is located.
I must say that the food here is tasteless
People come to this cafe not for food, but for the amazing views from the 15th floor. There is a pine relic forest on one side, and an emerald sea on the other. Dolphins with black backs swim among catamarans and saps. It makes me so excited!!!
We breathe deeply — we look far away! It's a pity that the beauty of the views doesn't match the quality of the food. This is the whole of Abkhazia. The beautiful nature here inexcusably combines with human indifference.

Of course, the most important advantage of this cafe is the breathtaking view!!! The food, by the way, is quite inexpensive and very tasty.
Very fast serving of dishes, almost all at the same time! And this becomes a minus, because you do not have time to empty the plates, as a result there is no place on the table, the hot cools down, dinner turns into a race to fill your stomach. But I want to enjoy the moment slowly.

The cafe is primarily attracted by the views from the height of the 15th floor. Photos can only be taken by visitors. It is quite clean, the staff is friendly, the order was delivered quickly. It's quite tasty (we ate boats with smoked meat), the prices are like in a restaurant, not like in a cafe.

We came to Pitsunda for a walk. We decided to visit a cafe. The original location is on the roof of the house. It's a very beautiful view. But, everything would be fine, but the administrator was able to spoil everything beautiful that is in the cafe. A disgruntled and angry woman. She shows with all her appearance that she was not waiting for anyone and if someone does not stay, she will not be upset. I don't understand how you can treat clients like that while working in such a field. But it is necessary to go to a cafe! I recommend it!

We visited a cafe with friends. Of course 5 for the view on the observation deck. And the place where the tables are not very good and you can take off the views. Next, the order was waited for 40 minutes. All the staff are busy with tables in the open area. I asked for napkins 3 times, no one brought them. There is no salt shaker. We ordered pasta balognese, salad with mussels and squid rings. When the order was finally delivered to us, we were shocked!!! 5 pieces of squid rings (450 r) were of this kind, terrifying. Just coals! It turns out that when asked how this is possible, they said these are purchased rings, frozen and fried in oil! Of course we refused them! Pasta..(500 rubles).I cook better at home! I was only pleased with the salad (500 rubles). In general, we are upset about the service and the kitchen. Only photos and views from the observation deck brightened up our stay here.

We came to Pitsunda for an excursion and of course visited this institution on the 15th floor. The view from the roof is amazing! But the waiters are something, they walk with a haughty air, the staff has such faces for what?!?!?! He's a servant!!!! , Not to advise, not to suggest. A friend took the roast, it turned out to be absolutely tasteless - meat and potatoes seemed to be cooked separately, then put in a pot. They brought a pale boat, it doesn't even look appetizing. We broke off a piece, the dough! The food is mediocre....
So I don't recommend it.

We came to the cafe several times to drink coffee. The cafe is located on the 15th floor in the building ,,Bzyb,,of the Pitsunda boarding house. The tables are located both indoors and on the outdoor veranda, which offers very beautiful views of the bay and mountains. The waitress's attitude spoiled - once again, namely on June 26, they came to drink a cup of coffee - they sat down at a table on the open veranda. The waitress refused to serve, saying suddenly that these tables can be occupied if you place an order for 2000 rubles. If the order is for a smaller amount, go to the indoor hall. And this despite the fact that at 16.00 there were almost no people in the cafe and a lot of tables were free. Nothing like this had happened before this day. And there is no information in the cafe.

Gorgeous view, that's where the advantages end. The building needs renovation, the bathroom is like at the train station. The menu is laminated in greasy spots, which the staff kindly offered to take on the bar themselves. We took it ourselves, we ordered it ourselves, we took it ourselves. In general, the ice cream was delicious, with Soviet filling - walnuts, strawberries, chocolate. We really liked the bill for 2 tr. We had no problems with the service in Abkhazia, but these problems exist in places with Soviet history, for example here (in Gagripsha we also felt not very comfortable, also a deposit of 7 thousand per family). I really want such cool places to be put in proper shape so that I would like to return.

If you are in Pitsunda, I recommend visiting this cafe. The view is great, the food is like everywhere at home, the price tag is acceptable, just like in a cafe on earth. The best place on the coast! The menu is quite extensive, while everything is very tasty - from croutons to pizzas with kebabs) The staff is friendly, attentive and efficient. The atmosphere is relaxed and - yes, the views are magnificent! You can even look out the window in the hall, but the best places are the open veranda, where the sea stretches out in front of you like in the palm of your hand. As a result, people came here every day during their stay in Pitsunda. And they always left well-fed and satisfied)

It says at the entrance: "The cafe is not an observation deck." Unfortunately, it looks more like an observation deck than a cafe.
We sat down at a table on the terrace. We waited 10 minutes for the menu, then 10 minutes until the order was accepted (there were a lot of empty tables in the institution).
The waiter came up, ordered tea, asked her what kind of unfiltered beer there was. Without asking what we will eat, without offering anything, the waiter answers -"I do not know anything for beer, YOU GO TO THE BAR " And what is the essence of the waiter's work? Maybe you can go to the bar and consult what kind of beer is in your establishment, if you haven't learned the menu yet. If you guys don't want to work, make an examination room. In general, they got up and left.
If you do not want the tables on the veranda to be occupied by those who spend less than a certain amount - make deposits on them, and do not twist your mouth that you do not have enough money for ordinary visitors. I was ready to spend a large sum in your " cafe" if your waiter had advised me something.

Our visit began with the fact that the receptionist was rude to us: we wanted to sit on the veranda at the very edge to enjoy the view, but these tables were occupied, then we sat down at an empty, but not cleaned table. It was removed in front of us, and then a table at the edge was vacated and we moved there (the order has not yet been made). And when the receptionist saw it, she said in a raised tone that we should clean this table for ourselves, and not the cafe staff.
The food is quite tasty, but the prices are greatly inflated due to the location, as I understand it.
The door handle is torn off in the toilet, the cheapest paper and the floors are flooded with water (apparently cleaning is extremely rare)
And in front of us, the administrator was rude to someone so much that they immediately turned around and left the cafe.

The worst thing about this place is the staff, especially the administrator. She is rude and insults everyone, all the tables in the establishment were outraged by her behavior! She insulted everyone, and those who ordered for a small amount were kicked off the veranda.
The waiters lie on the sofas at the entrance, do not approach the tables and do not do their job. You need to approach them yourself and disturb them from their rest, so that they give you a menu to make an order, and a couple more times so that they deign to bring the bill.
Next, there was a plastic bag in the broccoli cream soup. They didn't even apologize to us)
And the cherry on the cake - we forgot the panama, discovered the loss 2 days later and came to the institution - the receptionist said with a smile that she had THROWN it away! I just don't have the words...

The taste of the cream is chemical. Caprese salad is the only thing I liked. Greek with shrimp, the children did not eat at all, although they love shrimp very much.
