Most likely, according to the description, this is the cafe "Grotto" (at least this name is indicated on the menu).
We arrived on the island.A pizza with a guide who was begged to recommend us a good cafe. He assured me that this cafe is good, they always have lunch there. We believed in vain.
We ordered a complex Abkhazian lunch (hominy with cheese, beans, pickles, smoked meat and wine) and khachapuri - in the amount of 900 rubles.
Everything was just disgusting: the cheese is very hard, the meat is tough, the wine is like sweet compote, khachapuri is just creepy.
I don't recommend eating there to anyone!
Advice for travelers: make sandwiches at home, take drinks with you in a thermos and you will be happy with a view of the beautiful lake.

took tea and a khachapuri boat. I haven't eaten worse yet. There is no service at all. After buying food, you need to go to the buildings opposite and get food yourself. Such an institution at the Ritz is just a nightmare!

We were at Lake Ritsa on 06/16/2021, at the entrance a young man waved at us and we drove down. It turned out to be a parking lot, only for cafe visitors. I had to visit this terrible institution, as it turned out later... They were poisoned. The food is disgusting, everything is heated, fed and cooked without a soul. I don't recommend the very first cafe when going down to the lake to anyone. I recommend the owner of the establishment to listen to the reviews about his cafe. My negative review is not the first one.

The cafe is on the descent on the right.
We ordered lamb kebab, lobio, pilaf. The pilaf is dry, warmed up many times, obviously not the first freshness. Instead of lobio, mashed potatoes with bean flavor were brought. The barbecue waited for 40 minutes. The worst barbecue I've ever eaten. I couldn't chew half of it. I do not recommend this place.

At the entrance to the Ritz, a local stops, calls for supposedly free parking, and then they tell you that you leave only with a pass, which is given along with the bill at the cafe. And the pass turned out to be just a piece of paper and with someone's signature in a squiggle.
And so for more than 2000 rubles you get not only a terrible lunch, but also a two-day poisoning with a fever after!

The food is delicious, but the service is terrible. There is no card payment, you stand in line for meat / fish for at least 15-20 minutes, French fries are given with a delay of 15-20 minutes, too, in total, 40 minutes remain due to endless queues and hassle of 1.5 hours allowed to contemplate the lake. I advise you not to run to this restaurant if the guide brought you there with the whole herd, but go to another cafe where there will be fewer people and faster service.
