A completely unexpected find! The owner and his wife are wonderful and smiling people, they will tell and show everything, and they also have a simple but very tasty menu with home cooking.
Pomegranate juice, coffee and dessert are a must.
You can ask to go to the roof, from there you can see Ararat in clear weather, and the roof itself is just incredibly aesthetic.

I highly recommend visiting this cafe if you find yourself in the Conde quarter. Cozy , colorful , friendly host and staff. I drank tea with Armenian sweets . Delicious) and the house itself can be said to be a historical monument , 16th century .

It's a very cozy and pleasant place, we've been there twice in 2 weeks. The house museum. Great view from the balcony. The hosts are friendly and hospitable. The food is homemade, the dolma is excellent, and the baklava is also its own. Coffee will naturally be poured)). It's not expensive at all and it's very tasty.

I have long wanted to visit Konda, an ancient district in the center of Yerevan. The most interesting thing is, if you don't know about its existence, then you can not get into it.
