A great cozy office with everything you need. In my opinion, it is suitable for those who plan to rent it for a company of 6-12 people. There is a lot of furniture, tea, kettles and even camera stands with lighting.

A convenient room for small events for up to 10 people. There's a sign missing from the outside when you're looking for the first time. Be careful in the evening - the building does not have any outdoor lighting.
