The room is nice, clean, the bed is comfortable, the porridge for breakfast is very tasty. Friendly and helpful staff. I'm fine, I slept well. Guys, if you upgrade the doors in the rooms, it will be great!..

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are small. The bed linen is clean, for this pole. I didn't like breakfast very much, I didn't eat it. The dining room is dirty, the tray that was brought is dirty. Anyway, I went to a cafe for breakfast. Room service, this is not this hotel. The tea cups in the room are frankly dirty. But of course the price is very cheap. But I'd rather pay extra and get something cleaner.

The scariest hotel in Almaty. The doors are shaking, the audibility is monstrous. The plumbing was cracked, there was hair on the bed, and the robes were wrinkled and stained with orange grease. Batteries are not regulated. It's very hot in the room. They asked to replace the bed linen, they brought the same with stains. And the maid was dragging a blanket on the floor while changing the bed. I had to help her so that she wouldn't collect all the dust on the bed from the carpet. Breakfast with paper sausages and cold fried eggs. They didn't eat it. They left hungry. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT. at all.
