I bought the product, they said that if it didn't look right, I could return it and they gave me a document for it. I came home, tried it on, and walked around the apartment for 30 minutes (without cleaning). They didn't suit me. I came to return them and they tell me that I walked down the street in them and there were signs of wear. So maybe your product is so bad? I said. And they're pointing out to me that they can't accept such things. In general, I do not recommend this shoe store to anyone. No wonder he has an average score of 2.7.
