It's a mockery to drive all day in such conditions. One of the passengers was forced to sit on a broken seat near the exit in the 90-degree position, because the seat did not recline.
At the very beginning, the bus was late and the sprinter did not arrive.
It was very hot in Tayote. When they asked the driver and the organizer to turn on the air conditioner, they simply opened the windows. The air conditioner wasn't working. Because of this, I was blown away and I got sick.
The driver was driving very slowly, most likely for the first time on this route, because he took a wrong turn and was not driving fast.

After being asked to confirm if everything is fine, there was also no response. There was no information about the car and the guide's number. Departure from the point at 6 a.m., arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled departure, but there is no car, the manager does not answer the phone and messages. Negative emotions were overwhelming. Already in the afternoon, they have to call and figure it out themselves, since they do not have the desire to solve claims on their own. The answer from the employee is simple - the manager decided to go to bed immediately after he sent the bill and did not add it to the lists. The money for the trip was refunded, but the time and nerves spent were not
