As a Russian citizen, I needed to issue a card. I waited in line for three minutes, they issued it in five more and immediately issued a multicurrency card. For registration, you will need a passport, a Kazakhstani phone number and an IIN (I was told that it is better that it be received not on the day of card registration). My IIN was received on April 3 in the evening, on April 4 I came for the card, everything went fine. The employee Vadim designed it, special thanks to him for his professionalism and goodwill.

Advantages: friendly attitude of consultants
Cons: programs do not work, the Internet is falling, terrible software, I could not exchange currency and issue a card twice in two days. Both times I spent an hour and a half to go through all the paperwork and "oh, our program doesn't work" to go to other banks
