They are changed for citizens of the Russian Federation, only with a foreign passport.Complete nonsense and lack of logic.They are allowed into the country using a general-purpose passport and do not have a passport with them, respectively.The bank does not need customers.They changed it in Astana without any problems.The employee explained the internal instructions of the bank.I had to go to another exchanger.
