I liked the apartment. The spiral staircase seemed dangerous, but the fears were not confirmed, everything is fine, no one fell. There is a stunning fresh food store under the apartments, 5 minutes walk to the boats, if it were not for the proximity to the gas station, as with a potentially dangerous object, there would be no price)

Sparta with a convenient location. Helpful staff. The apartments are a little tired, and you can clean them better. Excellent breakfasts in the neighboring village

We stayed in these apartments for a week for the 3rd year in a row. I can note that the quality of cleaning has become worse during this time and the apartments already require cosmetic repairs. There is mold in the corners of the shower stall, which most likely cannot be eliminated by simple cleaning. Chairs require dry cleaning. It would be nice to replace the towels already, at least some of them. The staff is very friendly and responsive, they try to solve any issues promptly. Cleaning is on request, but as I understand it, you can ask to clean at least every day. In terms of room facilities, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay.
